Perfect in every way
Pros:

Everything good I could say about this hotel still wouldn’t be enough. The staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The cleanliness of the room was truly exceptional, which, to me, was the most important part. The hotel is perfectly located, making everything very convenient.

I also really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the coffee, hot water, and other refreshments being available at all times. Overall, I felt incredibly comfortable and well taken care of during my stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

First time n Port St.Lucie
Pros:

This was our first time in this location arriving yesterday March 14th and leaving this am and we were warmly greeted by Joseph. He made us feel more like family than guests. He explained the breakfast schedule and answered our other questions without hesitation. Our room was clean and inviting and will return in our future visits. Joseph is an asset. On our checkout we were greeted with warmth and appreciation for our stay with Aaron. He too was so very helpful. This location has first class personnel .

Pros:

Nice comfortable friendly centrally located hotel with large refrigerator in kitchenette, living room, bedroom with in suite bathroom. Great closet space. Free breakfast. Laundry facilities in building. Free parking.

Just not up to what should be Hilton standards.
Pros:

Just spent one night so can’t comment much on staff but this property shows considerable wear and tear. Really needs a remodel with carpet, paint fixtures etc.

Pros:

The atmosphere was fine. My room was clean, but after we showered and left and come back there was an odor...like a bad sewer smell in the room and the bed was uncomfortable. Duvet was hard as well. Price was descent but the room I wasn't too pleased with because of the smell in there

Good location staff friendly rooms need to be updated

The staff were very nice and the location where we needed to be
And it took Dogs
We stayed here when it first opened I’ve been here several times but when you feel it needs a facelift especially in the room

Cons:

We felt that the hotel needs to be updated and refurbished very dark - we’ve been to this hotel several times and found staff nice but place is now looks dreary

Cons:

The person who checked us in could have been a little more personal. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom was loud. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling.

The overall stay was lovely peaceful and relaxing just what we needed.

The location was great nothing was too far for us to get to. Room was clean spacious and relaxing. The staff was polite and friendly if we needed anything.

The price could have been better. Also the water pressure was low in the shower.
