Pros:

The staff was amazing.

Cons:

The room we had this time had a smell of wet and mildew. The staff offered to deodorize the room but my husband was resting. Ask for later but no one showed up to fix the issue.

Joseph is the Best
Pros:

So far the experience is absolutely wonderful. The room is spacious and clean, and the front desk person named Joseph is outstanding. He goes aboveand beyond in every way to be pleasant and helpful. I hope the hotel acknowledges how wonderful he is and gives him a raise or a bonus. Again, Joseph was superb.

Pros:

As a Hilton Diamond member, I am disappointed to say that this is one of the least desirable Hilton properties I have encountered. The hotel is in need of a significant renovation and overall property improvement. Due to the condition and experience at this location, I now choose to stay at the Marriott Courtyard next door, even though it means giving up the benefits and points I would normally earn with Hilton. I hope Hilton Corporate will take notice and invest in a much-needed overhaul of this property.
