It was OK. I felt saved though
Pros:

The stuff were very pleasant and helpful. They were there to assist you in any manners. Mr. Rosario and young lady at my first and last day of staying were very helpful and kind.

Cons:

Since there are comments about cleanliness at mattresses, I usually strip the bed and check the mattress itself. I saw few spots that get me concerned and request a housecleaner to change the cover where I saw the spots. The personal were gone at that moment and Mr Rosario placed me in another room for that night. On that room when I woke up I sneeze up to the point I had a headache. I guess the room need to be vacuum very often. Needless to say, I was given a credit for the inconvenience. Friends said that I should change the hotel. But I gave it a try and stayed the time I booked I

Joseph at the front desk was friendly, very helpful and nice and easy to talk

Cons:

We requested our room to have the allergen cleaning done to our room. Called before we arrived to make sure they put us in a room that had the allergen cleaning. It didn't or it wasn't very good. Had to go and buy sprays and take allergy medication. Disappointed
