Hard to say, must be the location for my business.
This is not a Marriott. I checked in at 3am to find nobody to greet me from the car or pick my bags, I had to look for someone one, entered the lobby, it was hot, they had dimmed the lights and turned the ac off. There was nobody there other than a sleeping guard outside and one guy at reception. There were letters missing from the marriot board that’s usually there at reception. I should have known that it’s going to be a bad stay.
I was given a room, 5512 I think but for sure on the 5th floor. The elevator was hot, the floor I went to was dark, hot and smelt strongly of pesticide.
The room, after inserting my card did not power on! Had to go down and get it fixed. Mind you now this is me at 3-4 am from a long flight. The technician from the phone call I could hear i established was not interested in coming soon. However he had now manually enabled power.
The tv was on, I tried turning it off, I couldn’t because the remote for the tv itself was missing the only remote there was was of the external tv player, set top box. Which could not turn the tv off, but only the media. A call for made requesting the remote. After 20 minutes of no response, I called again and received a house keeping fellow with no remote to come and gaslight me into thinking I’m the idiot who doesn’t know how to use a remote. He tried and failed to turn it off and had to reach into the tv in the back somewhere in the dust to turn it off.
Deciding now to sleep finally I sat on the bed and was moved a foot back as I sat down. The pillows on the bed fell to the floor as the whole bed had moved by the simple action of me sitting down. THE BED WAS ON WHEELS. This was a comedy show at this point which wasn’t very funny at 0430am. I decided to bite the bullet and decide to try to sleep. The mattress was old and spongy and provided no support whatsoever I could hear the springs creak and bounce me as I moved around on the bed, which was also moving.
Property had Smelly corridor, and old furniture. Was also served cold food on first night.
Location
Nothing
This is the most disgusting hotel I have seen in my whole life! Please see the attached pictures - the mold in the bathroom is not something that they missed cleaning for days, it looks like they haven't cleaned it for years. After complaining, they gave me another room, same thing. The 5 pictures are from two different rooms.
Four Points by Sheraton Jaipur, Tonk Road
My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below the standards expected from a Sheraton property. From arrival to checkout, the service lacked professionalism—there was no welcome drink, no luggage assistance, and repeated follow-ups were required. The reception staff appeared indifferent and unwelcoming.
The rooms and bathrooms were poorly maintained, with missing amenities, visible stains, and unsatisfactory cleanliness. The restaurant experience was equally frustrating, marked by excessively spicy food without prior guidance, slow and inattentive service, and poor hygiene standards. Feedback was handled dismissively, and the overall dining experience fell short of expectations.
The only highlight of our stay was the spa, where Jeni and her team delivered excellent and professional service.

Most of the bathroom fittings are old and could be replaced
Below par service standards from a brand hotel like sheraton for below mentioned experiences
1.No welcome drink on arrival
2.lacked warmth at reception
3.No luggage assistance on arrival.
4.Luggage delivered too late. After 2 calls they sent it.
5.bathroom fixtures worn out
6.No hand towels in room
7.Sgl dental kit in a room booked for dbl occupancy.
8.restaurant service was pathetic
Food was very spicy. As we were first time travellers to Rajasthan we were not having knowledge about how spicy the food would be.so we expected the steward to guide us through the menu.
However when I asked he said that ur in rajasthan so it's going to be spicy. He didn't bother if we liked it or not.He should try the same with foreign nationals.Felt like Indians not welcomed.
Soup was served for 4 members as we had 2 rooms....but soup spoon was given to 3 only and 4th was provided on request.
Table was not cleared as and when we finished the dishes....hence table was full.....I asked for some ice cubes....steward came with Ice bucket.....I told him give me some cubes and take bucket back as the table space was fully occupied......he just dumped it on table and went.
Later post completing our meals finger bowls wasn't provided.....on request it was provided after very long time.Manager was informed about the same....but he just said sorry and moved on.
we expected the order taker to ask if we need desserts.....which he didn't bother.....and we signed the bills and went out of hotel for desserts and had it.
Lastly,we called for luggage assistance while departing but the attendant didn't turn up.so we helped ourselves as we were getting late to go to airport.
Kudos to Spa team of Jeni and the masseurs.they did a wonderful job of giving us the service of back massage.
Rest all over all a very disappointing experience.
Lots of options for breakfast, room is very well cleaned and hygienic.
Facilities such as refilling of shower gels could be improved.
The staff were nice and helpful.
The room wasn’t very clean—I could noticeably feel dust. It didn’t match the pictures at all. In the photos, the room looks quite appealing, but in reality, much of the furniture felt old and worn out. Not recommended for the price I paid.
