Pros:

The staff were nice and helpful.

Cons:

The room wasn’t very clean—I could noticeably feel dust. It didn’t match the pictures at all. In the photos, the room looks quite appealing, but in reality, much of the furniture felt old and worn out. Not recommended for the price I paid.

It was very nice experience, quality of food is good ,ambience service was excellent..Very cooperative front desk employee behaviour is so good.Mr karan is very decent and behaviour is also very polite..It was very nice experience..our trip is getting awesome with the help of your staff..Definitely i suggest to my family and friend must visit to Sheraton.

Pros:

Stunning hotel! Great service! The gym is a bit disappointing but the spa was lovely! The chef was very accommodating to help me with my keto diet. The rooms are spacious and the beds are soft!

The best thing about this hotel was their staff- they were courteous, genuinely cared about your stay and were prompt.
