Pet friendly and Excellent customer service from staff
Pros:

The staff were absolutely wonderful, so helpful and attentive. The room was clean. and my kid loved the pool. We were so thankful to find accommodation that accepted our young dog, with a room that went directly outside for him to go potty easily, no accidents in the room! They also let us expose him to some new things, like the elevator, a scary but important new experience for a possible service dog. Thank you!

Cons:

Price was acceptable, I understand inflation makes everything go up, except our wage 😉

Great service
Pros:

Stayed at the Ramada in Olds. Tidy and clean friendly staff, my daughter dropped her coffee by accident on the tile in front of the elevators, room service lady came over right away and cleaned up the mess. Thank you for doing that and making my daughter feel like it wasn’t a big deal 😊

Great value and experience, will stay again!
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We lost a wallet and they went out of their way to help us find it.

Facilities were clean. Breakfast was decent. Quiet despite lots of guests.

Cons:

The pool was very cold
The dining area was small but it was a hockey tournament weekend so likely not usually as busy.

Pros:

Customer service was great! Room was very clean. Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

The steam room smelled very mildewy and I could see black spots of mold.
Once I told the staff, they were eager to investigate immediately.

Cramped Room, not functional
Pros:

We loved the pool and the beds were comfortable

Cons:

The room was cramped, I couldn't sit at the desk to study for my final exam because my husband or daughter needed to walk past me to the bathroom or get something from the fridge. Room 201 is very poorly designed, which is unfortunate. This wasn't our first stay at the hotel in Olds but this experience left a sour taste in my mouth.
