Bad experience checked in and checked out still waiting on refund. Called emailed no response

Maybe at a push to rooftop restaurant

Cons:

Staff,not clean,very musky smell, door didn’t lock,bedsheets dirty and smelt,bathroom was not clean,mattress was dirty room had flies and WiFi was poor.

Terrible stay marked by poor cleanliness and hygiene throughout, unworthy of premium price charged.

Cons:

When we checked in, dirty wrinkled bed sheets and pillow covers were provided. After complaining, they changed it but the replacements were also stained. Even after changing 3-4 times we still got dirty covers. The toilet was also dirty and not cleaned properly. They charge five star prices, but the service does not meet even basic standards with no focus on cleanliness or hygiene. The breakfast plates and spoons were also not properly washed.

Over all good location, but room is not upto the point.
Pros:

Hotel location is good

Cons:

Specifically staff on main reception while we do chek in/out, apart of that all house keeping staffs are really good and helpful.
