Pros:

Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen. Kaffee gab es umsonst und man konnte schön am Hotel sitzen und konjte sogar Getränke bestellen.

Cons:

Ohne Auto ist man zu weit weg vom Geschehen.

Die Fernbedienung der Klimaanlage war nicht aufzufinden, leider konnte wir dann nicht Upgraden,da wir Sie ja nicht einschalten konnten.

Prima verblijf voor bezoek aan Wiesbaden en Frankfurt
Pros:

We verbleven 3 nachten en hadden 2 kamers geboekt. De kamers waren ruim en schoon. De bedden sliepen lekker. Het ontbijt is zoals anderen eerder melden zeer uitgebreid en prima voor elkaar. Parkeren doe je onder het hotel of ernaast. Vooral de dame met de krullen is erg sympathiek.

Cons:

We hebben wat gedoe gehad met de airco in onze kamer. De eerste nacht kregen we 'm niet aan de praat en omdat het weekend was en de huisbaas er niet was kon het niet verholpen worden. De resterende nachten deed hij het wel. Het was geen groot probleem, desondanks werden we gecompenseerd met wat gratis drankjes van de bar. Dat was erg sympathiek.

Čistý hotel, klidné místo blízko dálnice, káva a čaj zdarma po celý den i noc.
Pestrá a velmi dobrá snídaně.

Cons:

- Měli jsme ubytování v "komfortním třílůžkovém pokoji". Cestovali jsme v době velkého horka. Obdrželi jsme pokoj, ve kterém nefungovala klimatizace. Na pokoji žádný návod k obsluze klimatizace nebyl. Požádali jsme tedy recepčního o návod nebo radu. Odpověděl, že návod nemá a klimatizaci moc nerozumí. Doporučil nám jiný pokoj. V náhradním pokoji sice bylo možno klimatizaci zapnout, ale vůbec nechladila a v místnosti bylo až do rána obrovské horko. Rozhodně se nejednalo o žádný slibovaný komfort. Přečkat noc bylo pro nás utrpení.

Fajny hotel w cichej okolicy.
Bardzo pomocny i profesjonalny personel.
Traktowaliśmy hotel jako bazę wypadową do zwiedzania okolicy.
Z tej strony hotel okazał strzałem w dziesiątkę.
Śniadania serwowane przez hotel były bardzo dobre i uzupełniane na bieżąco. Jedzenie serwowane przez kucharza jest pyszne.
Hotel oferuje też alkohol w barze. Dużym zaskoczeniem był automat z bezpłatną kawą i herbatą, dostępny przez całą dobę.
W pobliżu brakuje dużego wyboru restauracji ale libańska ok. 400 metrów od hotelu jest godna polecenia.
Reasumując jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni.

Prima hotel voor doorreis.
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk personeel en onbeperkt prima koffie in de lobby. Ontbijt is ook goed, had ik niet verwacht voor €4,80 maar er was keus genoeg. En we konden parkeren in de afgesloten ondergrondse parkeergarage, ook erg fijn met het warme weer.
Op 5 minuutjes lopen zit een erg goed Libanees restaurant, zeker een aanrader.

Cons:

Airco maakte wat geluid maar niet erg storend. Hij deed het prima en daar ging het om.
De locatie ligt ook vrij ver buiten de stad, was voor ons geen probleem maar iemand die Wiesbaden in wil zou allicht meer richting het centrum kunnen kijken.

Kostenloser Parkplatz in verschlossener Tiefgarage

Cons:

Das Hotel wurde aufgrund der Ausweisung einer Klimaanlage gebucht. Diese war zwar im Zimmer vorhanden, allerdings nicht funktionsfähig. Bei Nachttemperaturen von über 20 Grad eine Herausforderung. Auf meine Bitte, die Anlage funktionsfähig zu gestalten, wurde ich zunächst hingehalten. Bei abendlicher Rückkehr ins Hotel um 23 Uhr war diese weiterhin nicht funktionsfähig, an der Rezeption niemand zu erreichen.

Haare im Badezimmer vom vorherigen Gast sind unappetitlich und nicht akzeptabel.

Pros:

A special mention goes to the check-in experience. The receptionist seemed to be in such a hurry that all the important information about the hotel was delivered in what felt like a speed-reading competition—in very fast German. As a guest, you're apparently expected to understand everything instantly, regardless of whether German is your native language. It wasn't exactly a welcoming or helpful introduction to the stay.

Cons:

Very disappointing experience. I had already paid the full amount for my stay online, but when I arrived at the hotel I was unexpectedly asked to pay additional taxes. These mandatory charges were not clearly disclosed before I completed my booking, which makes them feel like hidden fees.

This is unacceptable. If a charge is mandatory, it should be included in the total price shown before payment, not revealed only at check-in. I expected transparency, but instead I felt misled.

Booking.com should not allow hotels to advertise one price and then collect additional mandatory charges upon arrival. This practice is misleading and damages trust. I will think twice before using this platform again unless they improve their pricing transparency.
