Bon hôtel dans l’ensemble mais trop cher pour ce que c’est

I’ve enjoyed my stay at this hotel, from the moment I checked in until my departure. The location is excellent, and the service was outstanding. I would especially like to thank Adel at the reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We will definitely be returning.

Awful, this hotel has a phenomenal degradation from services point of view.
No one acts as per their operational procedure, they are all fire fighting.
Their excuse is "too many people" which was not true, even if it was .. guests should have better customer service.

The hotel was very good but the staff was incompetent and disturbed my girlfriend and her aunt. I was not there and I regret that security disturbed them that night to ask for their ID card while she was among women, this is not correct and I regret that the reception and security of the hotel is also deplorable and uncomfortable, my girlfriend was shocked, I am a good customer of the group and I am really disappointed with what I was told about this stay.

The shower did not work , they spend one hour trying to fix it , the Bede only hit water, they couldn’t fix it , the staff are friendly , the breakfast was good . Bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb

Correcte en general. L’un des réceptionniste n’était pas honnête (traitement bel wjouh we les apparences). Une suite ROYAL avec un mobiliers qui a besoin BEAUCOUP d’amour et de rénovation en urgence vue le prix. Très belle vue sur Oran. Personnel de la sécurité très aimables. Je valide les anciens commentaires moi qui voulais voir de mes propre yeux. Pas certain de revenir

Ces un hotel pour les congres et les réunions de travail le petit dej est une catastrophe le personnel est froid blasé les chambres vétustes pour un 4 etoiles ces juste tous de même

Personnel agréable mais parfois peu réactif (room service peut être lent)
Emplacement convenable.
Propreté de la chambre passable.

Hotel moderno y seguro que ofrece un abanico de servicios amplio y unas habitaciones muy cómodas.

For 4 star hotel I expected a bit better ( floors were dirty , while taking shower water was splashing all over the bathroom floor which can cause risk of slipping and fell putting people in danger ..

Climatisation en panne depuis début juin. 33 degrés dans la chambre. Impossible d’être remboursé. Aucunes informations à ce sujet.
La télé ne fonctionne pas.
Pas digne d’un 5 étoiles.
L’hôtel aurait bien besoin d’un audit international.
Inacceptable.

Très beau séjour, un bel hotel, accueillant et très agréable, le personnel est compétente, souriant, très accueillant, et à l'écoute ( que ce soit à la restauration, en particulier Yacine Hellal et Randa Aissat et leur équipe, le staff de la piscine et du snack, la réception et l'accueil ou encore les femmes de chambre qui sont irréprochables); la piscine est magnifique, l'hotel est spacieux, les chambres sont très belles, une bonne situation par rapport au centre ville ... ce fut un très beau séjour , nous le recommandons sans hésitations . While it is a Sonatrach affiliate I found comparable to other European hotels. I spent 4 days for a conference and meetings and overall satisfied. My room was fairly updated, and unlike others I found the food to be of good quality and selection for the region. I did only partake in the buffet for all meals. It does get crowded and not all patrons are familiar with queuing but still a pleasant experience. My first time in Oran, and I was a bit cautious,as such I didn’t venture out much this trip, but did feel very safe while on property. Staff was professional and one of the biggest “perks” was the complimentary airport shuttle👏.

Très bon séjours, personnel agréables, chambre spacieuse, relativement propre, la douche un peu compliqué plusieur fois le mecanisme a sauter. Et malheuresuement lors de lentretien de la chambre ils nont pas remis de bouteille d'eau. Sinon le reste etait sympa . Avec une tres belle vue meme en etant au 5eme etages.

This hotel belongs to Sonatrach, so they have the guarantee from this company to send their employees to the hotel as priority it is always full they do not have to worry about the service that has decreased. Beg lack of maintenance in the rooms. Breakfast, diner are awful.
