I liked that it was smoke free and had a good aesthetic
My room had leftover wet towels from previous persons, there was popcorn kernels on my floor, and I wish I would’ve read that the breakfast was not free

The staff had no idea what was going on. The pool was beyond disgusting. The bathroom supplies were empty. The room was so dark that it was like a dungeon. For being a Hilton property it did not meet the expectations of a Hilton.
Came here for an overnight stay to get OUT of the city and enjoy a quiet nite in a hotel with ammenities that would be convenient: a bar, restaurant, and hot tub/pool.
But NONE of those ammenities were available - no bar or restaurant on a Sunday, pool and hot tub closed (sign on the door). 🙄. Literally nothing I booked this hotel specifically for, was available. They charge $4 for parking also, rooms are outdated, and I just know I wont be coming back here.
Front desk staff was amazing and helpful though!
I booked via Priceline at about 10pm- got there at 11pm. walked back to my room and it was so musty and moldy I had an allergic reaction which I’m still sick from. I went to the front desk with my face all red from the reaction and told them I couldn’t stay here because I have a mold allergy. The lady at the front desk said she would absolutely refund me but we’d need to talk to Priceline. They didn’t mark down that I left at 11:20. Instead claimed I left at 5:04am. Because of this Priceline is claiming I slept there annd will not refund me, even though I did not. There was clear negligence from staff, also there was visible dirt in the bathroom. Nasty place, dirty. I’ll also mention I travel for work frequently and this place was particularly bad. went to staybridge across the street and it was so clean and I would 10/10 recommend that place.
So clean. And conformable
Café da manhã e pude fazer o check in antecipado!

Hot tub was only hot Friday night. Asked employees many times to add hot water on Saturday. It was done once or twice but we always got out shivering. Also met with contempt for asking by the GM. Saturday night hot tub was finally hot. We got in and the kids started choking and coughing. My throat and chest hurt. We got out and went to the front desk to tell them. Learned they closed it due to PH levels 30 mins prior added tons of chlorine. They just hadn’t hung a sign yet. Took 4 days to get chlorine out of my hair and now my scalp is paying for it with itchy dryness. My son’s skin is worse than ever. We are using Hydrocortisone for it. Filed a complaint on the hot tub not being hot before the chlorine incident and still waiting to be called back so I can inform them about the chlorine incident too. Also, front desk girl said we would be fine that the chlorine is just a cleaning supply when asked if we would be OK after getting in. The Hilton usually does better. Hoping this gets addressed for us and doesn’t happen to someone and their kids like us in the future.
breakfast was more expensive than what was stated on the website
Having a charge for parking was insulting for a suburban property with a large empty parking lot.
