Breakfast had an incredible range of choices and everything I tried was well-prepared.
I know it's never going to change, but I just don't like eating off of paper plates using plastic cutlery.
When I requested a a paper receipt, they refused to print one. They said they would send an email of the receipt. I have not received the receipt. They stated I booked through a 3rd party.

Nothing. It was perfect for us.
They charged me $100 for incidental, when it said it was $50, and not a charge just a hold. But they charged me $ 100. No one answers the phone at front desk, called for two weeks. Call corporate said they would fix it , nothing it's been exactly a month. So be careful. Watch your cards and what they charge.

WiFi was out for two days. Staff didn’t seem to care.
Rooms are clean. People are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with many things to choose from including hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, cooked eggs, and meat, waffles, fruit.
