No hot water, but the staff was responded quickly and repaired it within 30 minutes.

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum. Bardzo pomocny personel. Obiekt posiada przechowalnię bagażu, z której mogliśmy skorzystać przez dwa dni.
The breakfast was okay and the room was big.
They didn't accept payments by card so I was forced to go from ATM to ATM in the rain to withdraw money to pay for my stay. The room was in poor conditions, very outdated and many things broken. It was full of mold and dust, the fridge was disgusting. This hotel is a big scam, it's 2 stars and that's being kind. I could not stay until the end and left early to another hotel. I ask the reception to call me a taxi and the guy called a grab in a bike, thinking it could fit me and my big suitcase... just avoid this hotel, I don't understand why it has such a high score...

L’amabilité du personnel
L’hôtel semble non entretenue, voir délabré. En effet, nous avons réservé une chambre pour deux nuits pour un total de 92 € pour une chambre dites « Deluxe », les draps du lit avaient des trous, les rideaux également, les joints de la salle de bain étaient noirs et l’humidité était visible et perceptible. Nous avions le petit déjeuner inclus dans notre tarif, malheureusement ce dernier n’était pas à la hauteur, peu de choix, un personnel, pas très disponible, et l’espace destiné aux clients n’étaient également pas très entretenu, cela laisse vraiment à désirer !

旧市街の北側にありドンスアン市場にも近く便利でした。最上階の朝食レストランの眺めも良く種類と量も十分で満足出来ました。フロントは2階で急な階段ですが1階正面奥右側にエレベーターが有り重い荷物持ちでも利用出来ます。但しお風呂のお湯がほとんど使えなかったのは残念でした。
76歳の老夫婦ですが、1日の締めくくりに温かいお風呂に入れる事を楽しみにしてホテルを選んでいます。 当ホテルに3泊しましたが設備的な問題か？温かいお湯が全く使えず、水シャワーとなってしまいましたので低評価としました。

Viesnīcas ieeja caur netīru gaiteni, viss nolietots un nekvalitatīvs, vissliktākā viesnīca visa ceļojuma laikā. Rakstīts, ka sky bar vaļā līdz 23:00, plkst. 21:00 uzbraucām ar liftu un tur viss bija tumšs un slēgts. Istabā un vannas istabā visur rāpoja kaut kādi mazi kukaiņi. Brokastīs neradās pārliecība, ka tīrība ir ievērota un arī šeit kukaiņi bija manāmi. Tiešām nesaprotam, kā viesnīcai var būt tik daudz labas atsauksmes.
