Below standard for the price paid and Indian hospitality.
Pros:

The heritage property was well maintained and the art work is beautiful.

Cons:

Bedside lamp was difficult to switch off as the lamb had no switch off so had to stretch down behind the table to switch off.
The towels were dirty and provided no tissue in the room.
The breakfast was too disappointing for the Rs 20,000 stay/ night. Had very few choices and had coffee machine which served very cold coffee.
I didn’t feel the place was value for money other than the traditional decor. The spa was supposed to be open at 9 and I waited and then they told that it won’t be open till 10am. The service was not great.

Short solo trip, but coming again with family
Pros:

Great property. Good food. The stay was comfortable. Was there for 1 night but would like to come again with family. The heritage property was exceptional with beautiful interior work.
The spa was relaxing. Check in was swift.

Exceeded Expectations - Beautiful Heritage Stay
Pros:

Loved our time at Shahpura House! Check-in was very quick and smooth. Our rooms were spotless, comfortable, and charmingly decorated. We also enjoyed an incredible lunch at Sapphire Restaurant. delicious food accompanied by wonderful, polite service. If you are looking for an authentic heritage hotel with great hospitality, this is the place to be. Will definitely return!

Royalty stay ✨️ 😍
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and the property did justify the heritage feel.
Made us feel like royalty.
Breakfast buffet was exceptional. The spread was nice.
We had dinner at their rooftop restaurant RASA. The ambience was great and the food was mouth drooling.
Overall the stay was exceptional. A must visit if you come to jaipur !!
