Hotel Sahapura house is pure luxury and royal elegance. The architecture, lush gardens, and grand interiors make you feel like royalty. Every corner reflects heritage and sophistication. The hospitality is exceptional, and the overall experience is truly unforgettable. A perfect place to experience Jaipur’s royal charm.
Special thanks receptionist Mr Rahul for help me every subject.
We liked the property the moment we got into our rooms, though there was a hiccup during checkin. The staff were awesome, well trained to serve the guests. The room made us feel majestic and royal. The breakfast was good, we ended up dining at the hotel both the nights we stayed here in both their restaurants, the rooftop one as well beside the pool. The food was superb, the breakfast was excellent. Definitely recommend this place to everyone visiting Jaipur. We had stayed in their another property earlier and they all mean business.
We didn't like the check-in process at all. While made the full payment through online and received a confirmation from the accounts team, still the hotel tried to charge to my credit card provided on booking.com twice. Thank God the limit was restricted, so they could not double charge me.
The other thing, which i did not like at all was we were charged for additional persons in each room. While booking, clearly we had mentioned 2 Adults per room for two rooms, but for some reason in the booking confirmation showed total 2 persons and they made us pay a hefty amount for two additional adults for two nights, which is not acceptable. I would term this as an organised fraud that needs to be reported to the police and legal authorities. Who travels with family and books two single suit rooms?

Very good experience - Rahul and Devender warmly assisted me!
Love the palace vibe and the pool area!
Good hotel
One of the best hotel in the town. The location and the atmosphere makes you feel relaxed and the staff is very cordial. Rooms are spacious enough and well equiped with amenities. It has very pleasant environment which you will love.
Very much enjoyed staying at Shapura House in Jaipur. Possibly one of the most incredible hotels we have stayed in! The staff are very helpful especially with organising taxis and sightseeing, and the food is great. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to experience a luxurious and relaxing stay in Jaipur.
In centre of city , this is heritage property with nicely decorated lobbies and rooms. Breakfast was ok not too great . Room AC was not working, complained about that but no action
Ok but missing most things you would expect in this class of hotel. Try elsewhere
Value was great. Lovely place. Super friendly staff.
Fabulous hotel, so full of character, a real palace! Delicious dinners and breakfasts freshly cooked.
We had a wonderful stay albeit a short one at this property - Devender was extremely helpful and our room was quaint and lovely and large with a heritage bed . The breakfast had great choices and was extensive. Unfortunately we did not have dinner at the property because of some confusion at the restaurant . I would recommend this hotel for its ambience and hospitality. We also saw a delightful puppet show in the gardens at night
Stay at shapura house was awesome, its located at center of city accesible to each corner of jaipur city. The whole staff friendly, front desk staff welcome us with heartfullness, food serving staff was awesome .. food prepared by chef was so tasty .. house keeping staff was also super !!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Jaipur. The evening music and traditional dancers created a lovely atmosphere. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The food was excellent with a great variety. Special thanks to Himmat Singh, who was extremely kind and helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
A haven of calm in a frenetic city. Beautiful heritage hotel making guests feel like Royalty. Pleasant staff, large, comfortable rooms, great shower. Small swimming pool. Restaurant could be better at relaying tables with cutlery and replenishing cups and saucers.
On our next trip, will definitely wish to experience more of the Shapura hospitality! What we saw and experienced makes me want to explore more!
Very good. Its much better then what is seen online. Highly recommended
We stayed at Shahpura house as part of a group tour of India and this hotel is just magical, a real gem. The decor, ambience and service was fantastic. If you are coming to Jaipur for a visit I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel right in the heart of the city, but away from the hustle and hustle. Our room was lovely and the bed really comfortable.
This is an excellent hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Plenty of lounge areas to relax and a bar with music and pool table. It's ornately decorated, like a palace. Very comfortable beds and an excellent shower. Ceiling fans and aircon in the rooms.
