Had a amazing experience. Staffs are very helpful. Good food and stay.

We had a comfortable stay overall, with a mix of positives and a few drawbacks.
The rooms were quite lavish, cozy, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing place to unwind. However, the lighting was limited to warm white and yellow lamps—there were no tubelights, which made the room feel a bit dim at times. Also, there was no ceiling fan, only air conditioning. Unfortunately, the AC vents were not ideally placed, which made it slightly uncomfortable and warm while sleeping.
One of the biggest disappointments was the Wi-Fi—it was not working at all during our stay, which did affect the overall experience.
On the brighter side, the food at Cinnamon Restaurant was good and enjoyable. The staff and room service were quick, helpful, and attentive, and housekeeping did a great job. However, the reception staff could have been more welcoming.
The pool was clean and well-maintained, which we really liked, but it was quite deep, making it less suitable for beginners or non-swimmers.
There were no recreational activities or sports available, so it felt more like a corporate/business hotel rather than a leisure getaway.
Overall: A cozy stay with good service and food, but improvements in amenities, Wi-Fi, and guest experience would make it much better.

We had such a wonderful first family vacation at Lagoona Resort! Traveling with my husband and twin daughters, this place was perfect for all of us—especially the kids, who loved the activities like ziplining, archery, and rifle shooting. The expansive lawns added to the relaxed vibe, and the food was absolutely delicious. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very well-maintained. Overall, a truly memorable and fun-filled stay with warm hospitality!

We loved staying here. Food & service was excellent.

The staff were the major factor in making our holidays comfortable and enjoyable. Miss Reshma, Mr Vikas were always there to sort out any minor issues that arose.
Pillar of strength was Mr Parvez, who in his cool and confident style make us feel at home.

The candle light dinner was beautifully arranged and truly special — elegant and perfectly curated. The adventure activities were super fun and well-organized, and the swimming pool was a big hit. The kids’ play area, indoor games, and activity zones kept us engaged throughout the stay.
The food experience was outstanding across all three restaurants — Cinnamon, The Patio, and Tipsy Horse — each offering a unique ambiance and great variety.
A perfect family-friendly resort with luxury, fun, and relaxation all in one place. Highly recommended! 🌿✨

Good place and vibes. Staff is supportive too

Lagoona Resort in Lonavala feels like a trap. They charge a massive membership fee plus yearly maintenance, but when it’s time to book a room, they simply don’t respond. Calls go unanswered, emails are ignored, and no one takes responsibility.

What’s the point of paying so much if members can’t even get basic support or confirm a booking? The promises made during sign-up clearly don’t match the reality. I strongly regret joining — and I wouldn’t recommend this membership to anyone.
