This is advertised as a 4-star, but I would say it is at best a good 3-star by European standards. Somewhat dated, with water stain in ceiling of my room. Great individual AC. Friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Breakfast options are limited, but some variation from day to day. In general very clean, except plates, cups and cutlery at breakfast, which all had remains from previous meals. Apparently just a quick wash in bar sink.

Hotellino was a lovely place to stay. It’s a short hop over to Sirkeci train station and the tram line, making it super easy to get around Istanbul. The properly itself was quite dated, and could use some renovations although it was perfectly fine for a few nights in the city. The rooms were on the smaller side. The breakfast was very simple, and delicious. Only shower gel and shampoo were provided, bring all other toiletries. There is a resident cat named Sofia who was super cute.

This has been a go-to hotel for me for at least a decade. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the location is great for sightseeing and access to public transit, and the street is quieter than most in this neighborhood.

Hotellino absolutely perfect. The staff is incredibly kind and super helpful with any questions you may have. The breakfast is simple and tasty. The rooms are also very clean. And most importantly, the location is top-tier. It is centralized and close to absolutely everything. I loved my stay here!

Staff were brilliant. We met and received help / guidance from at least 3 members of staff. And all were lovely and helpful.
Breakfast was amazing. Unusual for English people I’d say. But delicious and different.
Location was perfect. On a quieter street but a stones throw from many restaurants and shops. And a very short walk to Tram and transport hub.
A short stroll to the beautiful park and many main attractions.

The hotel was perfect for me and my girlfriend. The hotel staffs were very welcoming and helpful. They helped us out with getting the taxi booked to the airport and the taxi arrived on time and no issues at all. We enjoyed the breakfasts in the hotel. It is the perfect location to several sights and public transportation. There are also loads of restaurants and shops in the area.

Great customer service. The staff readily made restaurant and taxi reservations for us. Property was in ideal location for points of interests and highly walkable. We enjoyed our stay so much that we rebooked a return stay after traveling to other cities in Türkiye.

Staff is very helpful in answering inquiries and making dinner reservations.

Zeynep and her staff made this a wonderful first experience in Istanbul. Everyone is very helpful. The hotel is not fancy, but the room has wood floors and it is very clean. The breakfast every morning had a variety of delicious options. The location itself has lots of restaurants and the train station, metro, street car and ferry are all close by to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice friendly people willing to help with anything

This hotel is within walking distance (or a one stop on the tram if you don’t wish to walk up the hill) to all of the major attractions in the Old City of Istanbul. Topkapi Palace, the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Basilica Cistern. It is also close to the harbour and spice bazaar. Surrounded by restaurants and bars, for the money it’s great value

The location of this hotel is perfect for access to the old city and transportation. The street is quiet and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are modest, but clean and comfortable. Price point is excellent. I've been staying here for 10 years and never regret my choice!

Everything was great, the Staff was supper sweet and friendly. The area was awesome so many options around us and very accommodating. The people in the area are very friendly and fun.
