We had a great one night stay on our way to Missouri. It was pouring rain & we appreciated having a covered parking area in front to check in and to unload our luggage. We then moved our car to the regular lot when we were done. That lot is not covered. Helen was very nice at check in. Our room had a king bed, a safe, a large dorm fridge and a microwave. It was quiet at night too. The pool looked inviting but we didn't use it. In the morning, there was a nice breakfast buffet. After we were on the road for maybe 30 minutes, my husband remembered he left his jacket in the closet. I called the front desk and asked if they would check our room to see whether the jacket was there. It was. We then asked if they could hold it for a week so we could pick it up on our return trip. They quickly agreed and one week later we stopped by. The lady at the front desk remembered our phone call & located the jacket for us. Many, many thanks to the front desk and to housekeeping!!

Room was not cleaned during stay. Staff IGNORED requests to be placed on same floor as the rest of the family
Clean and friendly. Breakfast was quite good.
Hotel was nice but dated. Our toilet was dirty when we checked into our room and we found a bug crawling around. Staff was nice when you could find them, front desk was left unattended majority of the time.

Absolutely loved how clean everything was! The rooms were updated and the staff was very friendly.
The dog barking late at night in the room next to us; when asked to change rooms we were told we could not do that.
The sheets were also very itchy/startchy? If that makes sense.
The room was clean, most staff there was very friendly. I had made a reservation online accidentally messed up the date and they still levied the morning prior. Amazing service. Thank you

Check in was a mess. I had reserved and PAID FOR three rooms through Expedia. (two on one reservation, and one room on a second reservation). Upon arrival, only two reservred rooms were in their records. We had to pay for the thitd room that was already billed to my credit card.. (at a higher rate) Totally unacceptable....
I will call expedia tomorrow & request a refund for the third room.
Near a variety of stores and entertainment
The only negative was that the 3rd floor hallway had an unpleasant smell. Luckily it was not in our room though.
