Not what we were expecting
Pros:

Quiet setting

Cons:

Description of property and the price paid for it, we expected more facilities and a higher end vibe. Did not see a bar and there was no restaurant on site. We were no at all expecting this mediocre place. More like a motel than an expensive Inn and Spa as promoted on the website.

Pros:

The location was very good. Has a very nice picnic area with an amazing view

Cons:

Value for money is really poor. The quality of the room was low but we paid more than 400$ per night. We have being in hotels where we paid less than 200$ and were better (even had a breakfast).
Everything was old , not a good privacy as it was kind of a house with 4 rooms and we heard everyone stepping in or out the room

Great stay, little pricey, not much to do in town but the property was nice.
Pros:

It was a great property and with upgrade we had a fantastic room.. great message therapist. We got deal on upgrade but for cost and low occupancy it could have just been upgraded.

Cons:

I had to take a cold shower as the hot water stopped working. I texted but received message that they were not available until 9a or I could walk down and use phone to contact someone.

Pros:

Our room was not well cleaned, window screen was torn, cooling system didn’t work, tv didn’t work, bed squeaked at the slightest movement and overall not worth the exorbitant price we paid.

The location was great and the room was nice and clean.

Cons:

I wish there was more EV charging options or at least list on the website that there is only Tesla chargers and a adapter is needed for other cars. Would also be nice if there was a complimentary breakfast.

Pros:

I liked having a fridge and microwave .

Cons:

The location was noisy. The description said unit included a balcony and a view of the vineyard. I got a view of the street and no balcony. I asked for a quiet room and was awake ed at midnight with people yelling in the street.

Pros:

We had to change our dates due to the weather and power outage. The staff not only accommodated us, but we're kind enough to let my parents get an early check in.

It was a busy holiday weekend, so their thoughtfulness was truly appreciated.

The hotel is lovely, with well maintained grounds and beautifully appointed rooms. I would happily have family stay there again.

Thank you everyone at West Sonoma Inn for taking such good care of my family.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike. Only 1 small issue with the control to the heater in 1 room. The staff took care of it immediately. Just needed new batteries.

Truthfully, given the storm that raged through our area only 2 days b4 check in, the staff did a remarkable job getting the storm debris cleaned up outside. My family were very pleased with their rooms and quite comfortable.

It was fine for what it is.

Cons:

the pet rules could have been more clear up front. I called the reservation # to specifically ask about a pet friendly room, they gave me the wrong information. I got the right information when I called the property directly, but the upgrade to the pet friendly room was not expected (although paying extra for the pet was).
