Pros:

Хотелът е на чудесно местоположение. В близост е до забележителности, кафенета, ресторанти и за любители на шопинга. Вежлив и усмихнат персонал. Повече се чувстваш като у дома си, отколкото като на хотел. Чудесна атмосфера. Сърдечно го препоръчвам и с удоволствие бих се върнала отново там.

Luxury-feel experience in the heart of Bergamo.
Pros:

Lots of luxury touches in the room - bed, linens, personal, care products, etc. Front desk staff offered superb service. Went way beyond expectations. Location in Bergamo is just where a visitor new would be ant to be.

Cons:

Ho scelto l’hotel per la posizione perché soggiornavo per la mezza maratona di domenica. Ho chiesto di allungare il check out per poter fare la doccia: mi hanno proposto le ore 12,00 ma avevo bisogno di mezz’ora in più 12:30. Non è stato possibile, proposta dello staff estensione alle ore 14:00 al modico prezzo di 50,00 €, uno sproposito! Peccato perché le ragazze della reception molto gentili e professionali, la posizione ottima ma il prossimo anno dovrò scegliere una sistemazione diversa.
