Categories

Cleanliness
7.8
Generally reported as clean (rooms were described as nice and clean; some guests noted overall cleanliness), though occasional missed room cleaning and stained carpet were mentioned.
Service
8.4
Mostly friendly and helpful staff (several comments praising reception and specific employees), but isolated reports of poorly trained staff and a mishandled taxi/booking situation reduced the score slightly.
Location
9
Very convenient location with metro lines nearby, short walk to center, and shops (REWE) adjacent to the hotel — consistently praised.
Room Quality
6.5
Mixed room quality: comfortable beds noted by some, but multiple complaints about broken air conditioning in high temperatures, very soft/old mattresses and an uncomfortable third bed lower the rating.
Amenities
7.2
Decent amenities (breakfast, welcome drink, parking available), but recurring AC failures and occasional inability to order food (kitchen closed) are drawbacks.
Value for Money
9
Frequently described as good value / good price-performance ratio; many guests highlighted the favourable price relative to what was offered.
Food and Beverage
7.5
Breakfast described as good and plentiful by several guests; however, occasional service limitations (no food ordering at certain times) temper the score.
Overall Experience
7.8
Overall generally positive stay for the price and location, tempered by heat/noise issues and occasional service missteps — yields a solid but not outstanding overall impression.

Bis auf Kleinigkeiten in Ordnung
Pros:

If you need a place to sleep and a shower, this is the option for you.
Pros:

The room was clean and well-designed, considering its small size.

Cons:

Parking is expensive and not very convenient. The room is very small.

Prima hotel voor ‘n weekendje
Pros:

Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Cons:
