I can’t return soon enough. I loved it.
Pros:

There’s a real sense of tranquility and care about the hotel. It’s on the main road but once you step into the hotel, it feels like you’ve entered a little world of its own. The pools are great - especially the 25m training pool - that is a luxury. The premium suite had everything that one needed and lots of space. And of course the staff from the moment we walked in were fantastic. I hope they continue to invest in the upkeep of the hotel as it has a really great vibe.

Cons:

Nothing. Well, maybe they could heat the non-training pool (stayed in early May) - that would have made it perfect.

Premium stay, close to nice beach, choose premium suites!
Pros:

The hotel feels like a premium getaway, the premium suites were spacious, impeccably clean, loved the heated semi-Olympic pool in the centre of the property.
Around the hotel is a bit ‘tourist tacky’ 😅 but walk 2 mins and the beach is lovely
We stayed in 234, premium suite overlooking the Olympic pool. See photo to see our view. Big tip: request rooms on floor 2 or above, level 1 rooms front terrace had sun loungers and big shrubs right in front of them , basically in the shadows!
Breakfast and dinner were delicious with a good mix of tasty, healthy food with some treats of course. Spa area was nice, small very warm pool inside and appreciated kids being allowed 1-3pm daily (the other outside pool was too cold for our toddler so this was perfect for him)
The bus stop to the airport and Alcudia all stop right outside the hotel so it couldn’t be easier. Get the A32 bus from airport and get off At Gaviotas stop, it’s like £9 rather than a £100 private transfer

Cons:

Minor improvements:
The hotel doesn’t make it clear you’re supposed to book a 1-hour slot in the Olympic swimming pool. There’s no mention of it or signs, the receptionist just happened to tell me as a passing comment when I asked the opening times. Definitely need to make this clearer as people will just jump in with you!
Also, need a clock in there somewhere to actually be able to keep an eye on the time when in the pool
A little small kids play area would have been helpful (maybe near the unused green space near the gym)

Muy agradable el hotel para una familia de 4 como era nuestro caso
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho la comodidad de la habitación.
La ubicación es perfecta.
Muy buen trato del personal, nos ayudaron en todo lo necesario.
Muy buena la comida, tanto el desayuno como la cena… variedad y muy rica.
Las instalaciones en general muy bien, disfrutamos mucho el Spa

Zimmer sehr gross, ruhig und sauber. Balkon Top! Super Lage, viel ist zu Fuss erreichbar!
Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent!
Frühstuck großzügig und vielfältig

Cons:

Ziemlich laut während der Früstück; das hat nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun, sondern viele Gruppen von Sportler haben am morgen viel zu laut gesporchen

Excellent accommodation for Mallorca 312, plus great food
Pros:

This was the perfect place for our family to stay while my husband and I did the Mallorca312. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Rooms were very spacious and we could have our bikes in the rooms - nice balcony too. Food was amazing - so much variety and even the 4:30am breakfast on day of event. Pools were also very nice and food options at pool bar. We used the bus stop right outside hotel which was handy too. We highly recommend this place as an upmarket sports hotel.

Ich kann es nur empfehlen
Pros:

Ich war alleine in diesem Hotel und hatte insgesamt eine wirklich tolle Erfahrung.

Das Frühstück war 10/10 – alles da, was man sich wünschen kann. Die zwei Pools sind mega: einer perfekt zum Schwimmen und der andere etwas kälter zum Entspannen. Ich hatte auch eine Massage, die sehr gut war, und der Spa-Bereich mit Sauna und Dampfbad ist ebenfalls top.

Das Hotel ist super sauber, das Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für ein Hotel hat es auch ein richtig gutes Gym. Ich habe mich alleine total wohl und sicher gefühlt, was mir sehr wichtig war.

Cool fand ich auch, dass man direkt neben dem Hotel normale Velos mieten kann.

Die Gegend fand ich persönlich eher so lala – viele Restaurants sind etwas seelenlos. Mein Favorit war die Sorrento Pizzeria: nicht besonders schön, aber das Essen ist wirklich super.

Wenn man Ausflüge plant oder einfach ein paar Tage entspannen will, ist die Lage absolut ok. Das Hotel selbst würde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Es ist etwas ringhörig (Strasse/Hunde), aber ich konnte trotzdem gut schlafen. Eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer und etwas Trinkwasser habe ich vermisst.
