My wife and I have now been to Thailand seven times on holiday, but this hotel was truly one of our highlights. We definitely want to come back next year. The staff was so friendly and we felt right at home. I can recommend this hotel 100%.

Pros:

Meine Frau und ich waren nun schon sieben Mal in Thailand im Urlaub, aber dieses Hotel war wirklich eines unserer Highlights. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder. Das Personal war so freundlich und wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Sobe su odlicne, velike sa prelepim pogledom i bazenom koji se cisti skoro svaki dan,osoblje ljubazno
Restoran je prelep sa lepin pogledom(hrana prosecna)
Imaju besplatan room service
Posto je u planini,imaju odlicno organizovan prevoz od sobe do samog parkinga gde su smesteni rentirana vozila,a voze vas par puta dnevno i dole do glavnog puta.
Ceo kompleks je prelepo uradjen i super izgleda

Super ophold med en utrolig service fra medarbejderne på hotellet som hele tiden er till rådighed med at yde hjælp.

Det var svært at komme op med en taxi efter kl 20:00 og ved ankomst vil taxierne kunne afleveret en ved 7/11 som ligge nede ved hovedgaden

Pleasant views and vibe but unclear on procedures to have a very enjoyable time
Pros:

The restaurant was good and views were very nice from most places.

Cons:

The lack of stairs up the steep hill and it was really hard to get a buggy organised to pick take us up the hill

The staff were decent but a little slow and unclear with most tasks that we asked them for. We had an expectation for our room and it had been upgraded but we were not told so we’re confused.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable felt like a stiff rock

Die Suite war wunderschön und sehr gross. Sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Die Dusche war ein wenig mühsam, man konnte die Temperatur schlecht einstellen und der Wasserstrahl war sehr schwach.

La pulizia pessima negli alloggi. Pavimento davvero nero tanto che si deve camminare con le ciabatte. Lenzuola e asciugamani bianchi sempre con presenza di macchie rosse arancioni e nere…uno schifo per una struttura che si fa pagare. La camera veniva sistemata dopo le 16 o 17 e mancava sempre qualcosa dallo shampoo alla carta igienica allo zucchero al caffè. Davvero pochissima professionalità e attenzione. Sanitari da rivedere in quanto i miscelatori sono di bassa qualità e il piano doccia walk in non ha la pendenza corretta e allaga il bagno
