Schönes Hotel wenn man traumhaften Ausblick haben möchte
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön gelegen, aber leider etwas abseits. Wir haben die Dimension der Insel unterschätzt, aber mit einem Roller ging es gut. Es gibt auch einen gratis Shuttel runter zur Hauptstrasse. Im Hotelgelände selber, wird man per Golfbuggy transportiert das war sehr komfortabel. Das Hotel war an sich sehr schön, wirkte aber etwas "steril" und der Vibe war nicht ganz so vorhanden.

Cons:

Leider war es im Bad wirklich sehr dunkel, dort könnte man besseres Licht anbringen.
Mir persönlich sind die Zimmer etwas zu gross (Suite mit Pool) man fühlt sich sehr schnell verloren :)

Cependant, plusieurs points très importants viennent fortement gâcher l’expérience.

Tout d’abord, l’hôtel est situé en pleine montagne, avec un accès très compliqué et une route dangereuse. Il est quasiment impossible de s’y déplacer librement. L’établissement impose un service de transport payant : 200 bahts pour descendre et 200 bahts pour remonter, avec des horaires très stricts. Cela devient rapidement contraignant et cher, surtout au vu du prix déjà élevé de l’hôtel.

Ensuite, nous avions écourté notre séjour d’une semaine. Sur place, on nous avait indiqué que nous pourrions utiliser les nuits restantes plus tard. Finalement, une fois rentrés en France, on nous informe que nous n’avons droit qu’à 3 jours au lieu d’une semaine, alors que la valeur dépasse 1000 €. Très décevant et pas du tout commercial.

En résumé : cadre exceptionnel, mais accès compliqué, frais supplémentaires injustifiés et mauvaise gestion commerciale.

Dommage, car le potentiel de cet hôtel est énorme.

Schöne Unterkunft aber schlechtes Management.

Sehr schönes großes Apartment mit eigenem Pool. Schöne Anlage und nettes Personal.

Cons:

Wir waren im Fitnessstudio trainieren und die Bank ließ sich anscheinend nicht korrekt einrasten, so dass mein Freund von der Bank gestürzt ist und sein Gewicht gegen meinen Arm und dem Spiegel vom Gym gefallen ist. Trotz der schlechten Qualität vom Equipment sollten wir am Ende 3400 THB für den Schaden zahlen. Die Entscheidung wurde vom Gebäudemanagement getroffen, mit dem man gar nicht persönlich reden konnte. In dem Spiegel waren außerdem schon weitere Schäden, die nicht von uns kamen.

Fantastisk ophold og verdensklasse udsigt
Pros:

Det bedste sted vi har været på vores snart 6 måneders lange rejse. Vi har boet i rigtig mange forskellige botyper. Og det her var klart det bedste. Der var plads til ungerne kunne få deres eget værelse. Hoppe i egen pool og se Netflix hvis man havde lyst til det. Vi ville have booket en måned mere, men der var lidt fejl i kommunikationen. Men kommer tilbage til hver en tid hvis vi igen skal til Koh Samui

Rauhallinen huoneistohotelli. Isot huoneistot, joissa iso parveke omalla pulahdusaltaalla ja mahtavalla merinäköalalla. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hotellin ravintola myös tosi hyvä!

Sijainti omaan makuun hyvä, hieman etäämmällä vilkkaammasta kaupungista. Hyviä ravintoloita, kauppoja ja hierontapaikkoja löytyy heti laskeuduttua alas hotellilta. Hotelli tarjoaa kuljetuksia alas palveluille, mutta vuokraamalla skootterin pääsee kulkemaan helposti hotellille sekä kiertelemään saarta.

Ein fantastischer Ort 🇹🇭

Ein grossartiger Ort 🇹🇭
Wir haben 4 Wochen in diesem Resort verbracht und waren super begeistert! Das Resort liegt am Berg oberhalb eines der ruhigsten Strände. Es ist absolut nicht gefährlich und oben wird man mit einer atemberaubender Aussicht und einem fantastischen Service belohnt.

Es stehen jederzeit Buggy's für den Weg zur Reception oder zum Appartement zur Verfügung. Wartezeit ca. 5 Min. Es läuft alles per Whatsapp. Falls man Fragen hat kann man diese jederzeit an die Reception senden und erhält innerhalb weniger Minuten eine Antwort. Man kann sich köstliches und preiswertes Essen aus dem Restaurant bestellen und es wird direkt ohne Zuschlag ins Appartement geliefert.

Es gibt einen Hotelshuttle mehrmals täglich bis ca. 20 Uhr. Damit man auf der Insel flexibel ist, empfehlen wir einen Roller zu mieten. Das Resort bietet Roller mit 125ccm zur Vermietung an, doch diese sind nicht mehr in einem so guten Zustand. Es gibt unten an der Hauptringstrasse mehrere Roller Vermietungen. Wir haben für 4 Wochen einen 160ccm gemietet und konnten damit, problemlos zu zweit den Berg rauffahren.

Wir verstehen die negativen Bewertungen nicht, schliesslich ist man in Thailand und sollte auch dementsprechend seine Ansprüche anpassen. Das Resort ist in einem guten Zustand und ja klar, es gibt hier und da einiges zum renovieren, doch wir sind ja hier im Urlaub und nicht um ein Resort zu renovieren. Bei uns gab es auch defekte Lampen oder keine Türklingel. Wir haben das per Whatsapp gemeldet und es wurde sofort ein Haustechniker geschickt, der die Mängel behoben hat. Man muss sich halt vor Ort mitteilen, damit die Mängel behoben werden und nicht erst nach Abreise sich beschweren, dass es Mängel gab.

Ein grosses Lob geht an das gesamte Panorama Team! Der Gast steht hier definitiv an 1. Stelle und man versucht täglich, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen.

Vielen Dank, Panorama für dieses unvergessliche Erlebnis! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Es gibt unbewohnte Appartements die man dringend renovieren sollte, doch leider wollen die Investoren nur Kapital ziehen und nichts mehr investieren. Schade für dieses wunderschöne Resort!
