Het uitzicht is prachtig, hele ruime appartementen met zeezicht.

Het is absoluut geen 5 sterren waard. Appartementen zijn smoezelig en niet heel schoon. Wij hadden voor 5 nachten een appartement voor 5 personen geboekt. Wij zaten helemaal bovenin met prachtig uitzicht over zee. Op Koh Samui heerst een water probleem wat we al wisten van nieuwsberichten, maar we hadden dus steeds geen water in het appartement. Iedere was het we gaan we naar kijken, dan hadden we even water en dan stopte het meteen weer. Erg onhygiënisch en vervelend. Ze gaven de schuld aan het gehele eiland. Na dag drie werden we overgeplaatst naar een ander appartement waar dit probleem niet was. Erg raar en onderbreking van je vakantie. We hadden meer service verwacht. Op de laatste dag hadden we gevraagd of het hotel een taxi kon regelen naar het vliegveld, dit zouden ze doen. Toen kon er alleen contant betaald worden aan het hotel. Helaas was het contante geld op omdat we naar huis gingen, dus geen taxi. Terwijl de rest wel gepind kan worden. Al met al veel betere verblijven gehad in Thailand voor veel minder geld! Voor ons geen aanrader voor anderen.

Genoten van het mooie uitzicht en omgeving.
Pros:

Het uitzicht en de luxe. Heerlijke rustige omgeving. Met een eigen zwembad vermaakten de kinderen zich prima.
Een jongeman en een oudere man van het personeel waren zo onwijs vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Niks was teveel gevraagd en kregen we zelfs ongevraagd hulp. Super fijn!

Cons:

Onderhoud, kraan van de keuken was bijvoorbeeld lek en moest geheel vervangen worden. Waterdruk was erg laag. Schuifdeuren sloten niet goed af.
De ligging maakt het lastig om zelfstandig de berg op of af te komen en ben je afhankelijk wanneer de shuttlebus rijdt. Voor de Grab is een luxere auto /SUV nodig en is de tarief best hoog. Andere taxidiensten weigerden de berg op te gaan.

Uitzicht was heel mooi, personeel is heel vriendelijk.

Cons:

Locatie heeft nodig onthoud nodig. In de twee weken dat we er zaten hadden we 1 grote lekkage (boiler die midden in de nacht in de sprongen met als gevolg dat het halve appartement onderwater stond. Dit kon pas de volgende dat verholpen worden.

Lekkage wasmachine - werd verholpen binnen een dag.
Lekkage Airco slaapkamer - niet opgelost
Kookplaat werkt niet naar behoren - niet opgelost.

De accommodatie staat niet open voor een vergoeding van 1 nacht waar we een lekkage hadden en 1 slaapkamer niet meer te betreden was.

Don’t choose it unless you just wanna spend the time in the property enjoying the view and chilling.
Pros:

Only the fact that it was big and somewhat fancy.

Cons:

The location is worse than what you would imagine. I mean if you only want to go to any beach, there’s one down but without their shuttle you have no way to go anywhere . The worst part is their shuttle has specific hours and if you wanna get back to hotel at 11 and their shuttle schedule is at 11:30, you have to pay sth around 200 per person!!! Which is insane as they should be more supportive since this is their location that makes life difficult for us!! If it is 8am, or 7:50pm then you must pay 500THB per person… also, getting on time needs previous reservation or you won’t find them
Other than the location, the reception guy was
so irresponsible. Not answering properly to messages, not trying to help to solve problems nothing. Zero manners in hospitality. However, there was one lady who was nice and helpful unfortunately I dunno the names.

Had a private pool and great view.

You are at the mercy of the shuttle or pay for a taxi just to get up or down the steep hill. Not close to beach.
