Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. It was in front of a very nice park surrounded by trees. Friendly waiters at evening restaurant.

Cons:

This is not worth of the name Crowne plaza. 8 out of 10 menu choices are not available. What’s available is not good at all, a burger arrived not properly cooked (still cold and bloody on the inside), a ceaser salad arrived as a normal salad (but charged as a Ceaser one - cause the chef doesn’t have the ingredients), the wonton in duck soup tasted like wonton into warm water (not a tasty soup!). Swimming pool feels not particularly cared, no towel given. Needs lot of work to be associated to a Crowne plaza!

Not as expected for the brand of hotel😳
Pros:

It was ok but could have been better.

Cons:

We stayed there to attend an exhibit bec it was mentioned that they provide a shuttle (a coaster/mini bus or van) for a fee but turns out there was none. I think they will just get you a car. The gym also opens at 8 am which is so late for already for a quick morning workout. Finally, the pillows are so soft with no option for a firmer one. Didnt get a good sleep at all.

Very good
Pros:

Staff was very helpful, hotel is clean and rooms are comfy. It is well located close the SINEC where I attended a conference. Great breakfast, the coffee is especially delicious. Concierge was very helpful in receiving deliveries.
