To have free valet parking in deira was the cherry on top for our stay here! Will definitely come back on my next trip here and would recommend to others. Room service lady was nice too! The room was very quiet can't even tell there's heavy traffic outside.

Had a wonderful stay at Deira Avani. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and modern, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
Great location, nice rooms, but no access to windows or fresh air once in the room. AC almost impossible to control. Even turned off AC for 2 days, the room was still very cold. AT checking in, I was told the tourist tax is AED 20 per night, contradicting Expedia's confirmation. Reason being, the tax is based on number of stars and Avani is a 5* hotel. Not convinced about this but nevertheless, not worth revisiting for the reasons provided.
Good value for money.
Staff were very friendly. Extremely clean. Hotel bar has strange hours. Beer is 50 dirhams which is expensive considering the area. They smoke in the restaurant and bar.
Room was spacious. Housekeeping was phenomenal. Metro nearby and lots of grocery stores and some good restaurants.
It was really good place they have breakfast available and spa.

Food service and staff was a toyal letdown. Please don't use Ramadan as an excuse! Not everyone is fasting, and you have been lame to provide the basics to your guests. Please think and improve the executive lounge food offerings.

Pretty nice hotel.. but the breakfast was a no for me and restaurant staff harassed my husband and asked him to pay for the breakfast while he was still eating like he was going to run out without paying
Love the hotel, reception staff and room service are great just that my husband was harassed by restaurant employees asking him to pay for his breakfast in the middle of his meal.
The people who work in concierge and valet service is really awesome.
