It was a day staycation. My wife and I loved it!
Pros:

I texted front desk at 2 in the morning that the room next to me was playing loud music. It was immediately addressed by staff and the loud music ceased. I was impressed and very grateful for the swift response

Great centrally located hotel
Pros:

Great location right in central downtown El Paso. Easy to walk most places in the downtown, including the pedestrian bridge to Juarez. The hotel is very modern and comfortable.

Management and hotel is awful.
Pros:

This place is very poorly managed. Checking in at 4PM on a Saturday with my wife who is 7 months pregnant. Huge line because there is only person checking people in. They say they only have rooms available above the pool which is very loud. Music til 12:45, then starts blasting again at 7 AM. The pool are they have where the party is, is pathetic. There is no party, just 11 losers with music blasting. Decide if you are a hotel a pathetic boomer party place. Avoid at all costs. Never good when the crowd you draw requires armed security.

The overall look of the hotel is beautiful and tastefully decorated to curate a very special El Paso feel.
Pros:

Brianna at the Front Desk was absolutely phenomenal and made my check in process speedy fun and personal. Could not have asked for more if I wanted to.
