Always a pleasure.
Pros:

Beautiful view from the very nice pool.
Very good service from valet parking area to front desk, and on to the room with our luggage! Very friendly and helpful valet.

Cons:

Our last morning at the beautiful pool was very disturbed by a very loud power-wash of the adjoining area to the pool that went on for about a half hour. It seems the loud sound of the pressure wash motor could be replaced, or the hour for the cleaning could be much earlier in the morning

Big FAT “F” for Customer Service
Pros:

I have been trying to contact a manager to resolve my week long stay missing IHG points. They keep saying waiting on a Manager to approve. And when IHG called them, front desk said I was never there. Ummm I have an invoice including the charge on my corporate’s card. What is this… Twilight Zone

I would definitely return and recommend the Indigo Hotel in Downtown El Paso, TX.
Pros:

Great staff, location, room, pool and restaurant.

Cons:

A bit crowded & loud on weekends with exercising classes on 5th floor.

Very happy with my stay, and will be back again if ever in El Paso.
Pros:

Clean & staff were friendly & efficient. I was in town for the BTS concert and everything in the hotel was BTS themed; from the decorations to welcome gift packs, and the menu & drinks. Loved it!!

Loved the decor
Pros:

We stayed here for an event at the convention center. The location was perfect for the short walk to the center daily. The vibe of the hotel is very quaint and we would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed the heated pool and soaked up some sun in a cabana. Had Mamacitas for breakfast and it was delicious (churro waffles)! Valet parking was affordable and Hector was especially helpful on our last day. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
