Amazing experience - Restaurant must visit
Pros:

As a travel professional with experience across 1000+ five-star hotels during my MICE career, I had the opportunity to stay at Courtyard for two nights (31st April to 2nd May 2026) during my house transition.

I must say, the entire experience was exceptionally smooth—from the room quality to housekeeping, front office efficiency, and restaurant services. Everything was handled with great professionalism and warmth.

I would especially like to highlight Ms. Pranjali, who was managing restaurant service during my stay. Her hospitality, attentiveness, and proactive approach truly stood out. She was always ready to assist with a genuine smile and demonstrated the kind of service excellence that represents the very best of our industry.

Having experienced hospitality across so many premium hotels globally, I can confidently say that she ranks among the top 10 service professionals I have encountered to date.

Pros:

Очень комфортный отель с доброжелательным профессиональным персоналом. Чистые уютные комнаты, которые каждый день убирают своевременно и абсолютно не заметно. Очень понравилось обслуживание в Club Lounge, хороший выбор напитков, можно перекусить, удобно для работы и проведения встреч и пререговоров.

Great Staff made a memorable and pleasant stay
Pros:

We had a very pleasant experience with Courtyard, by Marriott at Gurugram. The staff members were well trained , extremely efficient and demonstrated high levels of guest engagement.

The warm treatment specially from the restaurant staff members
( Preety, Sakshi, Priyanjali and many others who I am unable to recall by names) have all been a significant part of the memorable stay at this beautiful hotel.

Loved the experience
Pros:

Stayed here for a few nights and honestly had a really good experience overall. the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable… exactly what you want after a long day.

What really stood out though was the service. the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful without being over the top. small things like remembering preferences and checking in at the right moments made a big difference.

Their In-house restaurant was another highlight. breakfast spread was solid and the overall quality of food throughout the stay was impressive. nothing felt average… everything was consistently delicious.

Overall, a very smooth and pleasant stay. would definitely come back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable hotel experience.

Best for business as well as leisure travel
Pros:

Excellent location, signature Marriott experience, had a very good time at the bar, verybsiooortive staff. Was contacted by Khushi for any assistance required. Over all stay was very comfortable and well looked after. Am a regular business traveler and have statues there couple of times and the experience was top notch always. Property is well maintained and doesnt feel old rather is very well maintained and fresh. Thanks to khushi and the team for their dedication and customer centric approach.
