Pros:

The property is very conveniently located in DLF area, next to major shopping location and metro station. I've stayed here for more than 5 times, and love the room setup, breakfast variety and freshness, food choices in the Hotel (plus in the vicinity) and amazing access to all the Delhi location and being in vicinity of Airport too (just about 40min)

Great value for money
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is in serious contrast with the direct surrounding.
Food was excellent and the staff doing everything they can to meet's the clients needs.

Cons:

One downside, the Spa is outsourced and the rates available on their website was not available at the property.

Our preferred place to stay every time we visit Gurgaon.
Pros:

We have stayed at this particular property every year we visit India for the last 5 years. It's a convenient location for us and we're very familiar with the facilities as well as area around it. The staff is really nice, especially the differently-abled bell service. Much appreciate the management's initiative.

Overall good stay. Personnel was friendly and helpful
Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The minibar in my room, which I was using to keep certain of my medicines cold, went inoperative. I had it changed but was replaced by another defective one. Finally I got an operative one.
The wash basin kept clogging. We had to reduce the flow of water to a minimum.
