Best place to dine in Downtown Gurugram
Pros:

Downtown Kitchen and Bar is an experience you should never miss. Staff is super courteous and their Funday Fiestas on Sunday are worth. It is not a regular buffet, you get everything there. I had a relaxing Subday with all my comfort food available. Best part was they offer 1+1 on beverages.

My stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Gurugram Downtown with my friends was absolutely wonderful, but what truly touched my heart was the exceptional care and dedication shown by Sakshi.

Sakshi from the kitchen and food delivery team was more than just helpful — she was genuinely kind, attentive, and always smiling. Every time she delivered our food, she made sure everything was perfect and that we were comfortable and happy. Her warmth, patience, and positive energy made us feel truly welcomed, like we were being taken care of by family.

In today’s fast-paced world, it is rare to find someone who works with so much love and sincerity. Sakshi’s efforts made our stay special, meaningful, and unforgettable. Because of her, this trip will always remain close to my heart.

The food was delicious, the rooms were cozy, and the overall experience was excellent. But above all, it was Sakshi’s beautiful service and genuine hospitality that made the biggest difference.

Overall a fantastic experience
Pros:

Magnificent hospitality from the first step is how I'll describe the experience with Courtyard Gurgaon by Marriott Downtown.

The first step is not within the premises but for me it is the invite which I received for their Punjabi food festival. After that, at every step, you are either taken for a nice flight of fancy or the pedestal is just moving up.

Further comes the interaction with the staff where you don't feel a professional interaction but very personal and unique touch. A feeling that someone is meeting after a long time.

A Courtyard That Redefines the Brand – One of My Best Marriott Stays in 20 Years

As a Marriott Titanium member who has stayed in Marriott properties across the U.S. and around the world for over two decades — from Courtyards to Ritz-Carltons — I can say without hesitation that my recent stay at Courtyard Gurugram Downtown was one of the most exceptional hotel experiences I’ve had in at least a decade.

Walking into the lobby, I was genuinely surprised. The scale, design, and atmosphere rivaled many Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, Renaissance, and Westin properties I’ve stayed in globally. It immediately exceeded what one typically expects from the Courtyard brand.

But what truly sets this property apart is the people.

Every single customer-facing team member — from the door greeters to the front desk to housekeeping — demonstrated warmth, professionalism, and an authentic desire to make guests feel welcome. The service culture here is remarkable.

The breakfast experience was extraordinary. Unlike many Courtyards in the U.S. that offer limited or continental options, this property features an expansive luxury restaurant with a massive hot buffet and live chefs preparing dishes in real time. As a Bonvoy member, everything was complimentary. It was easily one of the most impressive breakfast spreads I’ve experienced in any Marriott property.

The Executive Lounge was equally impressive — spacious, beautifully maintained, with full hot buffet offerings and complimentary beverages served by genuinely friendly and attentive mixologists. It was also a fantastic space for business travelers to spread out and work comfortably.

Even the fitness center stood out. Having a full-time personal trainer available (who respectfully gives space but is extremely helpful when asked) is something I’ve never seen at a Courtyard. That level of service speaks volumes about the management philosophy here.

I also want to specifically recognize Khushi Vaid, Guest Relations Associate, who was consistently attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. She represents the very best of hospitality.

This property doesn’t just meet expectations — it elevates the Courtyard brand. I told the manager upon checkout that this was one of my best business or vacation stays in many years, and I meant it sincerely.

To the entire team at Courtyard Gurugram Downtown: thank you for setting such a high standard.

Khushi Vaid Guest Relations Associate helped me with my reservation and a room upgrade . Facilities were very good including the gym and the restaurant. Lot of options available .
