I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel for 9 nights and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived until checkout, the entire experience felt personalized, luxurious, and genuinely caring. This is how hospitality should be done.

The front desk team was an absolute delight. Check-in was lightning fast yet warm and welcoming. Thank you Subhashree and Nikhil Gupta.

The restaurant staff deserves special praise—they made every meal feel special. Attentive without being intrusive. Thank you for orange juices. Great work Emily, Priyanjali and Ipshita.

Feeling Comfortable and at ease at Courtyard Gurugram

I live on 9th floor and the service is excellent , the room is so clean and the staff is attended for feedbacks!, had a great experience staying here for 1 month, the room service guy Mukul was always there when we needed any kind of help with cleaning.
