The hospitality and Staff
Pros:

I had the most wonderful experience with *Ms. Vaishnavi Singh* from In Room Dining at Courtyard Marriott Gurugram. I had just returned from a 12-hour flight and was exhausted. Vaishnavi took such good care of me. She quickly figured out what I would like and suggested a delicious spread. She made sure everything was served hot and checked back to ensure I enjoyed the food. Her thoughtfulness and genuine care made my night. Thank you Vaishnavi!

Amazing Sunday Brunch

Pros:

Chef Arjit is always warm, welcoming, and attentive, making every meal a wonderful experience. He consistently goes out of his way to accommodate our dietary restrictions and special requests with great care, ensuring everything is prepared perfectly without compromising on taste. His food is consistently delicious, and his genuine hospitality truly set him apart!

Yogendra from housekeeping is very helpful and pleasant. Room is always kept clean and comfortable. Laundry is also always taken on time.

I had a wonderful stay at the COURTYARD MARRIOTT, GURUGRAM DOWNTOWN, made even more memorable by VAISHNAVI SINGH from the in-room dining team.
Every time I ordered, she impressed me with her incredibly polite tone and patient listening to my specific needs. Her thoughtful food suggestions were spot on every single time.

The service was remarkably prompt with all food arriving exactly on time.
I was also impressed how she proactively cross-checked every time to ensure everything was perfect. Thank you, VAISHNAVI , for your outstanding hospitality and for going above and beyond to make my dining experience seamless.

Good Staycation!!
Pros:

My wife and I stayed at Courtyard Marriott for 5 nights for a staycation cum business trip. Our overall experience was good and we would recommend the hotel.

We really liked the food a lot (b'fast, dinner, in-room dining), everything was delicious and had authentic taste. Specially the Indian delicacies. Food ingredients quality was also excellent. Not a huge b'fast or dinner spread but everything was fresh and super delicious.

Our room on 8th floor was spacious and clean. Ac was working fine without any noise or dust flakes. Bed was comfortable and we had sound sleep.

Staff was courteous and well behaved. In-room dining team (Aditya, Vanshika, Harshit, Mandeep), Housekeeping (prince), Restaurant (Sarah, Anjali etc) and also the hotel managers. I may be missing some names.

Overall, we had a very nice experience. We had some feedback related to restaurant ambience which I shared with the team and hopefully they will take care of it.

Would definitely stay here again
