Very welcoming and enjoyable.
Pros:

I loved how easy it was to get ahold of staff, prepared goodies for us walking in and out daily, great indoor courtyard area for our bikes. Loved it all.

Cons:

The A/C water spilled over a bit, as we had to keep it running a lot because the room was stuffy without it on, but that was an easy clean up.

Perfect stay for location and comfort, couldn’t have picked a better spot
Pros:

Great location, clean rooms, comfortable beds, even had a portable air conditioner for the hot caused were there!

Cons:

Load in am just because it’s downtown, nothing the inn can do about that

Very nice hotel walking distance to warf with very friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Unique set up with communal kitchen. Great location, walking distance to the Warf. Nice courtyard and elevator plus parking.

Very soft mattress.

Pros:

Heater did not work and we were freezing cold. There was not even an extra blanket in the closet. I contacted the staff and they just said they thought the heater was repaired but did nothing. I ended up giving my son the blanket on the bed to wrap himself in and I went and slept in my truck with the heater on.

Quiet location and comfortable room
Pros:

Was here years ago when it was more of a boutique hotel. The breakfast service now gone but the accommodation still reasonably comfortable and location quiet. All that we needed anyway.

Cons:

Lack of personnel to be seen anywhere.

Quiet and Good Value for Price
Pros:

I've stayed here twice, the rooms are a good size and clean. The property is quiey. Check in/out is easy, even if you come in after hours.

Cons:

Pillows were uncomfortable, and it would be nice if the room had a mini fridge.
