A great place for an overnight stay en route to glaciers
Pros:

Friendly, welcoming staff. Clean, comfortable room with everything we needed. Convenient parking next to room. Very easy access from highway.

Wir haben hier Halt gemacht für eine Nacht aufgrund der langen Distanzen. Ein sauberes Motel welches schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel hat. Es war sauber das Bad war Klasse, das Bett bequem und groß

Leuk motel om de jaren 50 te ervaren.
Pros:

Leuk om in motel te zijn wat zo uit de jaren 50 komt. Op 5 minuten rijden ligt het prachtige lege strand. Er staan 2 picknick tafels aan de tuinkant. Uitstekende locatie voor 1 nacht bij toer over zuidereiland.

Cons:

Het restaurant had moeite om bij drukte iedereen binnen een normale tijd van eten te voorzien.

Probably will not stay here again.

The room was clean.

Cons:

The fact that there was no frig or microwave made the stay unpleasant. I know the lack of a frig was mentioned in the booking details but gee I did miss it. Due to lack of microwave it was necessary to eat in the restaurant as there is limited choice in the area. Had to park away from the room and carry luggage. Beds were too soft for those who prefer medium to firm mattresses.

We were really impressed with the cleanliness and comfort. It's incredibly well priced. Recommended.
Pros:

The room was clean, comfy and very spacious. Great size bathroom and extremely clean. It seems to be very well maintained. The location was perfect for our travel plans and really peaceful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends. Loved the retro look of the outside of the premises also.
