Pros:

The property was clean and so were the rooms.

Cons:

I thought it was overpriced and had the largest pet fee I've ever paid in my life. Almost $100 extra and they taxed the pet as well. I stayed in downtown Nashville and the Embassy Suited for about the same price

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Pros:

Everything was amazing about the hotel and my stay.
The only thing is Turkey Sausage should be brought back. I dont eat pork and then only thing available was Pork Sausages. The young lady said she ordered but it was discontinued.

Cons:

Nothing other then not having breakfast turkey sausages

I stay at this location all the time and have never experienced anything like this. So disappointing
Cons:

I was told that check in time was at 3:00. I waited almost 2 hours to get checked in because my room was not ready until sometime after 4. The excuse I was given was they didn't have early check-in which I asked for when I made the reservation and I reserved the biggest room. But what did that have to do with it? It was after 3 and my reservation stated it would be ready. I emailed the Gm Seth but never got a response.

Has gone downhill over the years
Pros:

Breakfast was terrible. The food that was there was just so so at best. Not much of a choice and look like it had been sitting there a while.We stay at that hotel every year on our way to Florida and it has really seen some wear. There was a sign that they are doing renovations, so I hope that it will be updated.

Cons:

Make sure the rooms are clean. I found a hair on the shelf in the refrigerator.

Do not stay here!!
Pros:

Terrible checked in and then out within 30mims of being there the only nice thing was the front desk older lady. Hall way to our room did not have air . Room was old smelled musty was very dirty nothing seemed cleaned. The beds were dirty the one mattress had huge blood stains. Bugs in the bathroom the room above us were so loud you could hear them running constantly. Request d a refund now I am just waiting for management!

Pros:

Walls and furniture had marks and knicks in them. Bathroom tile were moving, ceiling was peeling, corner of Bathroom floor was black from leaking water.
