Confortable, pratique & bien-être
Pros:

Le sauna dans la chambre était fonctionnel, la suite était grande et le personnel très gentil. Le lit était confortable, la literie propre.

Cons:

On entendait beaucoup les ambulances, l'ascenseur était lent (au moins, on a pris les escaliers :) ), la salle de bain de la suite mérite un rafraîchissement (la décoration de la chambre aussi, un peu plus moderne).

Dans l'ensemble , de bons souvenirs , belle surprise concernant la découverte d'Ostende.
Pros:

L'emplacement , l'accueil , le confort des lits .
L'offre du studio pour nos ados a été apprécié .

Cons:

Nous avons signalé à 2 reprises , qu'une fenêtre ne fermait pas mais personne n'est intervenu.
Le deuxième matin la salle de petit déjeuner était pleine , nous avons fait la queue pour pouvoir avoir une table et personne n'est venu pour nous rassurer et pour nous aider à patienter.
Des bruits de grincements importants , le soir au dessus de nos têtes;

Great place, well kept and comfortable
Pros:

Very nice hotel in the center of ostend. Three minutes walking distance to the beach.
The personnel is very nice, the room is very comfortable, and includes coffeemaker and small kitchen.

Hôtel cosy et bien situé
