Very bad manger not helpful at all
Pros:

The manger was no help. I’ve been staying every weekend for the last month. I had an emergency come up today and had to check out early. Asked if they could refund me or credit for next time and they said no they couldn’t help. Very sad

I will never stay at another hotel like this again
Cons:

When I booked, I called them to make sure the hot tub and pool were working when I got there after 11 hours of driving they said no it was down for maintenance both of them and it was on the website and I should’ve looked at the website before I came. I explained I called and looked on the website. I didn’t see anything. I asked if I could get a refund and she said no they were extremely rude and the king-size bed only had three pillows. It was very uncomfortable and the pillows were very small.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean.

Cons:

The 2nd night I had been there, I ended up being the ER with my daughter all night. Didn't get back to the hotel until 5am. I told them the situation and asked if I could check out at 1130am or 12pm so we could get some sleep since we'd been up all night. They said I would be charged an extra $25 for the extra 30 minutes to an hr. I felt they could have been a little more understanding.

Not a good value for what you get
Pros:

Located close to where I needed to be and the staff were nice.

Cons:

My room smelled, the tv did not work, light switch was coming off the wall, bathroom was dirty.

This was okay for a quick one night stay but it wasn’t clean so I wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and it was pretty quiet.

Cons:

It was not clean. There were grubby marks on the walls, stains on the sheets, and wallpaper peeling.

Overall the facility was clean. My bed was comfortable and the front desk was very professional and friendly.

Cons:

I thought the room could use an upgrade. The paint was chipping off the door in the bathroom although that didn’t impact my health or anything just aesthetically didn’t look nice. Also, I was disappointed that I couldn’t extend my checkout one hour without being charged. I don’t think it’s fair when people are driving long distances like myself. All I wanted to do was check out at noon and I was told that I’d be charged for an extra hour. I know the owners are trying to pay off their loans but I don’t think that’s being very hospitable and you’re price gouging your customers..

Charged me $100 for my 8 lb chihuahua SERVICE DOG. THEY CLAIMED THAT WHEN I CHECKED OUT, THE HUNDRED DOLLAR DEPOSIT WOULD COME BACK TO THE ACCOUNT. THE BANK HAS NOT SEEN ANYTHING THAT SAYS THAT THEY'RE GOING TO RECEIVE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.ANYTIME SOON. I BELIEVE THERE'S SCAMMING PEOPLE OF THEIR DEPOSITS.

There was mold and sewage gases filling the swimming area. I let the new owner know, and you would think he would be trying to fix that problem instead of out spreading rock and planting new plants.If you just bought the property, take care of your people quit.Scamming them for their deposits and give back their money.. fix your property up on the inside.So you're not killing people with your mold infestation.

Unremarkable
Pros:

At left the hot tub was working although weakly. The pools too warm to spend time in. Room was nice and the bed slept well. Breakfast was very minimal.
