The bed was comfy

The hotel was good for the price
Pros:

The pool was warm and the beds were comfortable but very high for handicap people.

Cons:

The guest bathe was a mess. Our bathroom seat was dangerously loose. Breakfast was ok but they cleaned up right at 9 no leeway. I do not understand why toilets in all hotels are so short? Just don’t get it. The staff was not overly friendly but ok.

Good place to stay for a visit to Palo duro canyon if you're not staying inside the park.
Pros:

Everything was really nice, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and caring and spent a lot of time helping us find the location late at night. Gave us valuable advice in 2 different regards regarding our safety. Enjoyed Outback Steakhouse right next door.

Cons:

We had trouble locating it from the listed address, which was incorrect. We decided to leave a day early due to bad weather but could not get any refund which I guess is not the hotels fault. It was just disappointing to miss out. I really appreciate them advising us that it was not safe to go back to the canyon with such high winds. As well as advising us to be careful about "tweekers" being around the Route 66 tourist area. We would stay there again.

Could really be better

Cons:

Our bathtub had paint peeling. I got out of the shower and had paint stuck to the bottom of my feet. My wife wanted to bathe but couldn’t. When I went downstairs to speak to staff about it at first I was offered a new bath mat for her to put on the peeling paint but finally they moved is rooms. The new room was better tub, but the vent in there was caked with dust or dirt. It was solid brown. The bathroom sink was slow draining. It would fill up before you could finish brushing your teeth. The blow dryer was only half way plugged in. It wouldn’t stay in the outlet. The thermostat was not in Fahrenheit. It took us a little while to figure out it was in Celsius so had to have my 12 year work that for us to get a descent temp in the room. We went to swim late in the afternoon. When I went to ask for extra towels to shower, the front desk clerk asked where were our towels from earlier. He made me feel like we were stealing them. I told him we showered in the morning but no new towels had been replaced. He finally went and got us some. Price was a little high but I guess normal for nowadays. Just wish places would be like advertised. I mean paint coming off in a bath tub.

Amazing stay!!
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful! Super clean! Staff was warm and friendly!! Very helpful and personable! Room was large and spacious. Comfortable is an understatement. Very comfortable and relaxing. Is was super quiet. Breakfast has so many choices!!

There wasn't anything I didn't like.
