The staff guy was awesome

Lovely palace great stay
Pros:

Mostly, it was basically a palace with marble and granite everywhere they’re soaps were shaped like little leaves was so adorable. They’re the best shampoo and lotion.

Cons:

There was an issue with my emotional service talk which stated not honor or utilize my military ID and then the sad part was the Jacuzzi was in an enclosed area with a pool that was green and smelly. I was told it was the loading as a photographer I did not agree so much

Check with maintenance as to horrible cavitation with the pump / jets. Just might be the remedy

Jacuzzi situation ABSOLUTELY unacceptable! Told at check-in that entrance was 8 am --- sign clearly states 10 am - 10 pm --- able to access facilities, but to no avail. Pump was not functioning properly --- AND apparently no maintenance personnel shows up 'til 10 am. Booked y'all due to indoor JACUZZI. Really needed it after 12 hours in a cramped car.

It was an awesome place to stay!!!
Pros:

This place was great to celebrate our 24th anniversary!!! We'll be back!!! The room was great, it was right across the hall to the elevator, which made it very handy!!! Thanks!!!

The only thing we hated about it is that we had to leave & go home!!!
