Check with maintenance as to horrible cavitation with the pump / jets. Just might be the remedy

Jacuzzi situation ABSOLUTELY unacceptable! Told at check-in that entrance was 8 am --- sign clearly states 10 am - 10 pm --- able to access facilities, but to no avail. Pump was not functioning properly --- AND apparently no maintenance personnel shows up 'til 10 am. Booked y'all due to indoor JACUZZI. Really needed it after 12 hours in a cramped car.

Pros:

Location was good. Staff was friendly. Price was great.

Cons:

Room was a bit beat up and not as clean as we would have liked. Bathtub was flat out gross.

It was an awesome place to stay!!!
Pros:

This place was great to celebrate our 24th anniversary!!! We'll be back!!! The room was great, it was right across the hall to the elevator, which made it very handy!!! Thanks!!!

Cons:

The only thing we hated about it is that we had to leave & go home!!!

If I will go back to Amarillo, most probably I will go back there
Pros:

Overall very good,
Amenities : swimming pool and jacuzzi works.
Basic breakfast, but its do the job.
Cheap price for period that we went : the end of the year celebration.

Cons:

Nothing really to say, as for the price was more than correct,

EXCELLENT
Pros:

The check-in was by Christi, who was very friendly and professional.
She did everything to accommodate us in the best way possible.
This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel.
It is very well maintained.
Room is a great size, everything works perfectly.
Bathrooms have been renovated, I loved the shower.
The breakfast is great.
The place is very safe and quiet, next to I-40.

having a long wait at the desk to find anyone to check in with since he was off we later found out dealing with someone's tv remote someplace in the building I assume.
