The staff at check in was horrible the room has mold spots humidity was horrible.
My girl Mia huge shout out was so sweet and so welcoming if I needed help she was on it she even got our cloths out of the dryer for me yall she was the absolute sweetest and the best we just love her

We had booked to a large extent on the basis of the pool - it was out of action the entire time and we had to follow up each day to find out - no-one followed up with us even though it was a key service we asked about from check in.
Upon arrival at night, the desk staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast attendant Nancy was such a joy and very prompt at restocking breakfast items. You could see the pride she takes in her job. The bed was the most comfortable I slept on during our entire trip.
Our room was frigid upon arrival. It took a while to warm up. The room thermostat was set to 58⁰. It was 62⁰ and a/c blasting when we arrived. 65⁰ would have been comfortable to arrive to.
Shower was disgusting.
The black out curtains definitely helped with the lighting and as to not to wake up too early.
The sc in the room did not work sp we had to be moved to a separate room.
