The beds were comfortable

Cons:

In the running for the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom ceiling was falling in, one of the light fixtures was broken, water was left in the ice bucket from the last guest. Almonds on the floor, we were overcharged for this room. They should have paid us to stay there. Mold and dirt everywhere and all for the budget price of $182.00. The response to our complaints fell on deaf ears. They didn’t even pretend they were serving breakfast. They didn’t serve until 6:30 so they wouldn’t have to feed the majority of the folks there. At 6:25 they were not even starting. This is a lousy way to

Marta, Porsha, Nautica and Robert were awesome.
Pros:

Good but not enough variety. Had the same items every day. However Donna was very nice.

Cons:

More variety in menu.
Took 3 days to get maintenance to fix broken light in room and replace 2 light bulbs.

Pros:

The breakfast was the only good part. The lady there was so nice. And the maintenance man he was helpful. He helped switch our microwave because the first one in the room did not work and when I plugged it in it would just beep constantly

Cons:

The cleaning! It was almost non existent. The rooms, hallways, ice room,and the bathrooms. I was blown away at what was considered clean. Front desk, very "not my problem" type of attitudes even manager because instead of figuring out how to charge booking.com(whom i booked through and paid for stay through) they charged my personal credit card... also didn't not make me aware that they did that. Now I have two bills one from booking.com and one from my personal account. Leaving me in a spot to dispute my account. Just a headache

Could have been better
Pros:

Staff was friendly and had enough food ready. Need to add bananas to the menue.

Cons:

Shower in need of repairs. cracks and slow drain, Coffee maker in the room didn't have shelf to hold the coffee grains.

All staff are very nice & polite , also they all seem to be very caring with each other. Lady in the kitchen goes on & beyond making sure you got everything you need .

Family Road Trip Hotel Nightmare
Pros:

It was easily accessible from the highway and had multiple options for restaurants and food places within the area.

Cons:

The night counter check in clerk (Ms. Marta) was very unfriendly and you didn't feel welcomed when you first walked in. It was like you were an inconvenience and I had multiple people confirm this that stayed there. Then the rooms were unclean, had to go to 4 different rooms in 1 night before finding one decent enough to sleep in. Bedding was unclean (hairs on the sheets), dirt and something unable to be identified on the bathroom floors. Another room had a leftover redbull can on the partition wall in the room and some type of hazy film on the desks with the sheets unclean again. Then another room wasn't cleaned enough until we landed on the last room which was better than the other 3. We had 4 Adults and 1 toddler to sleep so you can imagine the chaos of moving to each one coming off a 17 hour road trip.

Pros:

Friendly breakfast staff
Nice mattress, bedding and towels

Cons:

Room was dirty over all: carpet had crumbs, coffee area looked like it had not been cleaned, dirty walls and doors,
Sheet rock had bad patch job in room and bathroom, bathroom door frame had gaps, sofa had stains, bath tub had mold around the outer edge
