The location and the bed was comfortable.
When we would run the air conditioner, it just made their room so humid. Everything felt sticky. It was uncomfortable to be in the room. If we turned off the air conditioner then it just felt stuffy. I didn’t feel like it was very clean. I was super disappointed that the pool closed four days before we got there because that was one of the reasons I booked it to keep my kids entertained during downtime. And it was nearly 80° or high 70s while we were visiting.
Location and staff
There were little roaches climbing on the walls no TV guide, the toilet fell off the wall, the pillows and beds were very uncomfortable and the staff were very unfriendly.The room was also very dirty and hot do not recommend.
The only pleasant thing here was breakfast and Ms Donna
The staff at check in was horrible the room has mold spots humidity was horrible.
My girl Mia huge shout out was so sweet and so welcoming if I needed help she was on it she even got our cloths out of the dryer for me yall she was the absolute sweetest and the best we just love her

We had booked to a large extent on the basis of the pool - it was out of action the entire time and we had to follow up each day to find out - no-one followed up with us even though it was a key service we asked about from check in.
Upon arrival at night, the desk staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast attendant Nancy was such a joy and very prompt at restocking breakfast items. You could see the pride she takes in her job. The bed was the most comfortable I slept on during our entire trip.
Our room was frigid upon arrival. It took a while to warm up. The room thermostat was set to 58⁰. It was 62⁰ and a/c blasting when we arrived. 65⁰ would have been comfortable to arrive to.
Shower was disgusting.
