Aweful customer service
Pros:

Did not stay there because they said I didn’t have a reservation therefore somebody or booking.com owes me reimbursement, for hotel not provided.

Cons:

Great location near airport, helpful staff & decent, well stocked breakfast offering.
Pros:

Stag was helpful, rooms/beds were comfortable & proximity to airport is ideal.

Cons:

Everything was great. Ideally we could contact hotel via WhatsApp to let them know we need a shuttle from airport (our data plan doesn't include phone calls). We were lucky that one of their shuttles was at the airport when we arrived & driver was courteous & helpful when asked if he was part of La Quinta group.
