I didn’t have to leave the property. Everything was there and amazing quality. The restaurant’s food was delicious. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The hotel was super clean and there were so many activities to partake in. The spa was so relaxing. Everything was exceptional.

Always nice and clean, staff always helpful and friendly. Beds incredibly comfortable.
More amenities in bathroom would’ve been nice. More built in charging ports. Guest slippers would’ve been appreciated. Iron and hairdryer not the most efficient to use.
Very friendly and accommodating staff. The restaurant and bar are AWESOME! Great apps and the bartenders (Dylan and Ally) are fantastic. Definitely will stay here every time we are in Ling Island!
Room was your standard hotel room. The beds were ok but they were not able to get the sheets tucked in well. Shower was good.
Breakfast was horrible. The “hot” meal (bacon, eggs, sausage, etc) was cold. Eggs were scrambled and hard. Croissants were stale, bread was standard off the shelf. Cereal was basic Raisin Bran, Cheerios, etc. Coffee maker in the room didn’t work, had to go downstairs to get coffee. A/C was loud and either too cold or too hot. We turned off at night.

We went for a funeral. Convenient location, clean and excellent rooms. Close to all highways and major roads. We arrived very late and the front desk was available. Great breakfast but you need to ask for fresh eggs or omelletes. Buffet looked dry.
I was there for a wedding . While the location can improve, it is walkable and convenient to LIRR, Buses, Ubers, McDonald’s , 711, BJ’s.
The atmosphere is absolutely lovely. The rooms are comfy and have all your needs. The value seems somewhat reasonable for today’s price.
The rooms are very clean with comfortable bed. I was there for four days and was not disturbed as requested. The noise level, I was surprised it was very good. There were four weddings happening. One Thursday one Friday one Saturday and one Sunday.
The staff was friendly and there to help, especially Lucas. There was a small swimming pool a small sauna a small gym a pool room and a bar that offered good cocktails, breakfast and lunch & dinner.

I really wanted to like this hotel. It looks nice, but everything changed when my mom who’s 75 fell in the lobby. They did ask if she was okay, but that was it. There was no checking on her later, or to see if she needed anything. My kids noticed the staff laughing which I do not find funny at all. I understood they were busy because a wedding was going on, but they have other guests as well. If you’re elderly I may want to go elsewhere or until they have a staff that knows what they are doing. Everyone was new and didn’t know what to do. Disappointed
I am still waiting for my hotel receipt for my stay.
Also, it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach the front desk staff from outside of the property. I called 5 times and could not get past the AI bot operators. This is unacceptable!
The rooms are spacious and clean at this property. Our Stay was comfortable. The staff was very cooperative and helpful. The few things missing are outdoor space with some bonfire and seating for families to hangout. No indoor space for larger groups to bring their own food and spend time together. We had a lot of food restrictions in our family so it was hard for us to bring food and share with our friends and families. We had around 100 guests in the hotel for the wedding, but no space was provided for us to eat and hang out other then our rooms.
The price per room was high but it was soccer world cup time so we understand. I would not pay for breakfast at the hotel as there are not many options and the quality was not that great. Rather go to local cafe and enjoy New York's good coffee and pastries or amazing bagels.
We were a loud crowd celebrating my son's wedding but the hotel staff made our stay very comfortable and took care of our guests. Checking in and checking out was seamless. It was very helpful to have early check-ins and late check outs available to our guests. Thank you Erin and the rest of the staff for all your help.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. My room was spotless, comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient and close to shopping, restaurants and the beaches. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
