The coffee maker and the microwave were not working properly so that wasn't very pleasing paid a good amount of money for the room if I can get credit I would appreciate it credited

Excellent Hotel
Pros:

Nice-sized room; comfortable beds; friendly, attentive staff; clean facilities; warm pool and hot jacuzzi; nice-sized and well-equipped exercise room (free-weights, treadmill, elliptical).

Great for an adult weekend away from the kids.

Cons:

Pool is not the typical, lounge-by-the-pool kind of pool; exercise room is way too warm.

Another good stay at Viana
Pros:

this hotel is probably one of the best on Long Island - good location, clean rooms, very helpful staff and for a reasonable price

Cons:

the balcony wasn't sealed properly so the heat kept escaping the room (and it was 15F outside) - we told the staff to have this fixed

Always a pleasure at the Viana
Pros:

Always a wonderful stay at the Viana the facility is clean and well maintained they have an excellent restaurant and Bar and the bed is above and beyond exceptional

Cons:

First room they placed me in smelled of cigarette smoke I asked to be moved and she changed me in 5 minutes to a different room
