הכל היה מושלם למעט היחס של מי שעובדת בקבלה Nora הגענו נורא עייפים לאחר טיסת לילה עם ילדים קטנים. ביקשתי בנימוס להודיע לנו/להתקשר במידה והחדר שלנו יהיה מוכן לפני שעת הציק אין. היא סירבה ישירות בלי לנסות להראות נכונות לעזרה אמרה שהם עסוקים מדי בשביל להתקשר אלינו.

Perefect location but overpriced

Cons:

Overpriced. We asked for rooms next to each other and were told they are next to each other when checking-in, yet when we arrived to the floor they were on opposite ends of the corridor.

Kurzurlaub in Budapest
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und zentral gelegen. Das Bett war sehr bequem und der Fitnessraum ok ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war zwar erst um 15:00 fertig, wir durften aber unser Gepäck abstellen und uns im Pool/Wellnessbereich aufhalten. Der späte Checkout um 12:00 ist sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, das Wasser im Pool auf dem Dach zu warm und nicht wirklich sauber. In einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarte ich eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Ich bin mehrmals pro Jahr in Budapest. Für diesen Preis habe ich schon besser gewohnt.

Good price. Excellent location. Nice pool and spa. Excellent breakfast

Cons:

Horrible attitude and customer service. We had a room with a non-working air conditioner. The hotel employee said that there was only a fan that he could bring to the room. They refused to change our room and said that there were no rooms available, but on the booking website it was possible to book rooms at exactly the same time. They only care about your money, no customer service. Very polite but without really wanting to provide customer service after check-in. Disgusting..
