The outdoor swimming pool is only available in the summer months.

Generally a good hotel, we had a good stay.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is exceptional, you can reach by foot almost anywhere in the main center.
The breakfast was good, staff very welcoming, and in general a very clean room.
I can specifically mention the handyman that did a quick and good job fixing a malfunction in our sink.

Cons:

The towels weren't replaced one day, even though we asked it, and they didn't provide enough towels, but missed one this was on our last day of stay.
The toilet paper is so abbrassive, that one can remove paint with it. I would expect from such a hotel to provide a better quality in the toilet.

We Are Coming Back :-)!
Pros:

My kids booked this hotel for me as a birthday gift. My daughter, her boyfriend and I stayed on both the 6th floor and 4th floor at this wonderful hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel for the last 4 days. Although we have stayed at other luxury hotels in Europe before, this time however, the kindness, efficiency, helpfulness and other aspects of the professionalism of the personnel who work at the hotel have left deep impression on us. Especially a nice gentleman whose name is Marian (?) has helped us a lot, to which we are very grateful.

We are definitely coming back! :-)

Pros:

Все очень классно! Приехали около полуночи на одну ночь. Отличный номер, в номере чай, кофе. Отличный разнообразный завтрак.

Cons:

Если кто-то использует инвалидную коляску, то нет пандуса заехать на ресепшен, высокий порог.
