Cheiro muito ruim de mofo no quarto
Nao fizeram arrumação no quarto, quando cheguei a noite depois de um dia inteiro não tinha toalhas de banho. Precisei ligar duas vezes na recepção e depois de uma hora esperando tive que descer para buscar.

Pros:

Great location, comfortable bed and helpful front desk staff. We enjoyed our room's view of the Seminole Hard Rock hotel looking at the guitar shaped hotel's lights changing throughout the night.

Cons:

The stand up shower was built with just one side shielding the floor so we had to be careful not to splash water outside onto the floor.
Also, the wooden floor in the living room floor appeared clean to the eye but when I wiped up a spill, the clean tissue paper I used was extremely dirty from the floor. So it made me wonder if housekeeping only sweeps the floor and not mop/swifter wet jet cleans it.

Good place to stay - a little pricey but very clean.
Pros:

Place was great - very clean and new looking. We ate at the restaurant there and really enjoyed our food.

Cons:

We asked the desk person to put us on the shuttle list for 6am the next day and when we got down there at 6am, she hadn't put us on the list. Thankfully we were not too late but that was really irritating because it wasn't busy.
