Honestly the overnight on Friday 6/5/2026 concierge at the desk and the concierge early Saturday morning 6/6/2026. Professional, friendly and appeared to like their job and tried to correct the inconvenience from the staff that checked us in.
I called to let them know we would be a late arriving because we were driving from South Carolina.We arrived 6/5/2026 the front desk concierge was sitting in the chair balled up with her leg up in the chair customer skills..... none. We were assigned to a room 210 we went to view the room first, we returned to the desk to let them know the room reeked of smoke and we couldn't stay in the room. Attitude, the other concierge who was at the desk with the young lady that checked us in went upstairs I guess to see if the room smelled like smoke. I assumed because she just looked at us and walked away and returned and assigned us to another room 220. We still weren't pleased with the service I asked her did she go and smell the room 210 no response. We were handed the key card and only said she put us in 220. I left to spend some time with my mom and my husband left to spend time with his brothers. I returned back between 1130pm and 1145pm. I was locked out of the room I returned to the lobby and the overnight concierge apologized the ones that checked us in did not do it correctly we were still in 210 and she didn't know who was in 220 and only had us for one night I explained to her what happened upon checking in she apologized and offered 10% off for the night and reassigned different key cards. The next morning I went to the lobby the morning concierge very friendly like the overnight young lady, I needed a new set of towels she pulled up the room and noticed it still said we were checking out that morning she fixed it and reassigned new keys again because when we would have returned from going out we would be locked out again.

Front desk staff only spoke when checking in. Stayed for 3 nights. Didn’t speak after that on the many times we went in and out even after we spoke to them. If they have meals they need to let the customers know

The room was good and the staff was helpful. The hotel was clean, however, the room had a musty scent right before you turn on the AC.
The kitchen staff was very friendly, however some of the food was not to my liking. Also, the room wasnt clean up after 3 days.
It was a good value of money.
Cleaning staff should be more active.
