The front staff was so amazing! Leona was exceptional!! My dog Banjo even loved her....and that says alot!! If we come to stay again, it will be here becuz it was centrally located for everything we were seeing and doing. Thank You Again for everything!!

Rooms could use a paint update
The look of the room was average. Size of room was good.
There were families hanging out at the pool that seemed questionable and felt like a family reunion of people. My window looked out to trailer homes. The two of the three workout equipment weren't working. The elevator was dirty. The breakfast had very little food and what was there was a sausage/cheese biscuit, gravy/biscuits. The gravy/biscuits were good. Everything else was bad and there wasn't much of it there. Marijuana smell throughout the hallway.

Check in was at 4pm half the day was over and check out was 10am.
It was a comfortable stay..The entire place was clean and quiet.It is centrally located The only discrepancy I observed was that the bathroom door in my room did not secure properly.It seems that the door needs adjusting.

Horrible. Check in did not show I had two rooms. Finally figured it out as the local system had two different reservations while hotels .com where I booked was one reservation for two rooms. System ran multiple pending for incidentals. The rooms were prepaid through hotels.com but one room was showing prepaid the other was being charged pending against my credit card. In and later that night I was asked to see the manager the next day. The next day after much discussion and a call by the manager to hotels.com I was assured there would be no charges to my card as the charges were in fact prepaid I will monitor my CC to be sure and I will never use hotels.com again.
The property was very clean and staff very helpful
Room and breakfast were adequate and average. The bed was firm, and the room was clean. Nice amenities such as a larger refrigerator, coffee pot, and stove top. Awkward TV placement. Staff were amazing. Hotel location is off the beaten path in a questionable neighborhood, although we had no trouble. Overall, stay was better than average. Thank you.
Researched before booking and even called the property to ask if the pool was heated. I was told it was heated. Upon arrival the pool was not heated at all. In fact, it was ice cold. Disappointing considering we booked this over a couple of other lesser expensive options for the heated pool.
We needed to head to the area pretty last minute for a couple days. I like researching hotels for a bit before I go somewhere but didn’t have the opportunity this time. Thankfully we made a great decision by choosing to stay here! The outside of the hotel was charming and the inside gave indications that the hotel was either new or just renovated. Either way we were super pleased with the condition of the hotel and the room. The room was super spacious with a full kitchenette! If we came back to the area again we would hands down choose to stay here.
