Pros:

I used to travel for work. I have easily slept in over 1000 hotel rooms. This was the single worst experience of my life. The room key lock kept malfunctioning and they wouldn’t fix it. They would just give a new key card, which would only work once and tell me to go try it. The room was easily 500m away on a different floor. Being completely jerked around for 6 out 9 days the door mechanisms was finally replaced. But, it took me absolutely loosing my temper and start yelling before this was done. They refused to give me a new room and refused to let me talk to a manager. Also they will completely ignore you if someone is there speaking Turkish and help them immediately. If you don’t speak Turkish or Russian, good luck! There’s much more to tell which started a week before I arrived. But after having hours of my life stolen from this resort I really don’t want to give them anymore of my time.

Bu otel çalışanlarına Günaydın hoşgeldiniz merhaba güler yüz Öğretmesi lazım O kadar Mutsuz ve suratsızlar ki resmen paramızla itibarsızlık gördük bundan daha önce üç ve dört yıldızlı otellerde kaldım inanın onlarda bile bundan çok daha fazla yemek çeşidi vardı yemeklerde sadece tavuk patates ve makarna çeşitleri mevcut sadece akşam konserimiz var modunda sakın dünya para döküp bu otelde rezil olmayın gidin konserleri adam mekan da dinleyin paranızla bu otelde tatilinizi berbat etmeyin

Aile için güzel bir mekan
Pros:

Otelin konumu sahilin kenarında olması İtibarı ile mükemmel Bir yer fakat otel çalışanlarının çoğunun Kırgızistanlı olması ve bu çalışanlardan bazılarının otel misafirlerine ilgisiz oluşunun dışında genel olarak mükemmel diyebilirim hatta 3 yaşındaki kızıma hadi tatil bitti eve gideceğiz dediğimde hayır ben gitmicem demesi oteli özetler sanırım.
