My partner and I recently stayed at Le Méridien Nagpur, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we stepped into the elegant lobby, we were enveloped in luxury and warmth. The property itself is beautiful, offering the perfect blend of modern comfort and serene ambiance for a romantic escape. Our room was pristine, incredibly spacious, and offered lovely views that made our mornings extra special.
What truly elevated our stay from great to unforgettable, however, was the exceptional hospitality at the front desk. Baibhav and Payal went completely above and beyond for us. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care were evident from check-in to check-out. Knowing we were there for a special getaway, they took the time to add thoughtful personal touches that made us feel incredibly valued. They are absolute assets to the hotel, and their outstanding service truly set the tone for our entire trip.
The staff were fantastic, and attentive, but the stellar service from Baibhav and Payal is what will definitely bring us back.
Location being close to MIHAN
We were assigned with a room where AC was not working. Called in the evening complaining about it. Technician came to fix it saying now it will be ok. As se went out and came back by 8:30 pm found out AC is not cooling. At 9 pm after complaining we were given another room where AC was working. I feel they could have assigned a proper room to begin with as hotel was not full.

There was award food festival with just 3 dishes , no kebabs , the coffee shop staff was clueless, unprofessional and know nothing

I was particularly impressed with the Design and the Interiors. Very thoughtful and well done. Loved the professional Hospitality. The Staff is very well trained indeed.

we booked room for three persons but third bed was just very less width mattress that was very uncomfortable. Initially staff also refused to provide blanket for third bed which was very strange. For extra mattresses and water we have to call four times to the receptionists. Service was poor . Garbage view from room no 305 ,
Devesh srivas was exceptionally well and showed amazing hospitality in the dining hall

Very smiling, courteous, and helpful staff. We found them efficient and friendly. It is absolutely a five star hotel with all the amenities, food quality and service we hoped for. The caring nature of the staff warmed out hearts. My parents enjoyed the floor to ceiling glass view from the room, and the view was also delightful.
