Very comfortable stay
Pros:

I left early morning and thus did not take the breakfast, earlier getting a cab for going to airport was difficult but this time it was readily available.

Pros:

Staff were helpful inc good housekeeping
We were given recqiired room on request, thanks to Aditya at reception
Caring restaurant staff inc Hitesh, Sakshee and Devesh
Rooms good size and comfortable beds
Nice pool and great gym

Cons:

Airconditioning controld in rooms dont seem to modulate temprature
Initial rooms on 5th floor had poor views of rather messy area next to hotel
Restaurant food was a bit hit and miss, breakfast buffet was uninspiring and baked items not great
Its a good 5 star but could have some more common areas to match price point

Prefect place for perfect family vacation.
Pros:

All staff was very polite and customer focused. Each and every time I got a very good quick response.
I got a complimentary breakfast for all days during my stay as a pleasant surprise.
Room service was very prompt.
All people in cafeteria were very polite, sincere and helpful. After my vacation I really felt sad to leave the hotel that much love I got there.
I thank all of them for everything and wish all of them good luck.
Location was very nice.
I had a beautiful view of farms behind the hotel. Rooms were well maintained and taken care which shows the dedication of the staff.
In short the Hotel stay was a memorable and excellent experience of Indian hospitality.

Horrible experience
Pros:

Was disappointed big way.

Every thing was made so complicated..

On arrival I was asked to pay food bills of room service by cash on refusal they asked me to pay by card which I did. Now those bills they refused to give me on check out.

The staff was clueless. My order taking had to be repeated 3 times. They kept saying I didn't order on follow up of my order. This happen twice .
