Overall experience was fine. Room service was slow but staff in the restaurant were great. However, you need to train your reception folks better, especially on the ethics. During checkout, this chap called Baibhav took my phone and submitted a review on makemytrip.com even though I explicitly told him not to do so. Is this how the staff is rewarded and recognized. I hope someone reads this message and let him know that these kinds of cheap tricks will not take him too far in his career. In my company, such behavior would get him fired on the spot.

After initial jolts, Ms. Sanika Pradhan, the Front Office Manager at this property took the matters in her hands and ensured that I had a good stay thereafter.

Our second visit to Le Meridien Nagpur proved once again why this property stands out for its gracious hospitality and attention to detail. We stayed from 24th–25th January while en route from Varanasi to Mumbai, and the experience was both comforting and memorable.

We were delighted with a complimentary upgrade from a Deluxe Twin Room to a Club Room, a thoughtful gesture that immediately elevated our stay. At check-in, the initially assigned room had a minor leakage issue resulting in an unpleasant odor; however, the situation was handled swiftly and professionally by the management. Mukund, the bellboy, ensured a seamless transition to a new room with commendable efficiency.

The hotel’s ambience is elegant and soothing. While dinner offerings were well-presented, the flavors fell short of expectations. What truly impressed us was the responsiveness of the team—both the restaurant manager and staff were attentive and open to feedback. Chef Suraj personally visited our table, listened with empathy, and assured us of a better culinary experience the following morning.
True to his word, the breakfast was exceptional—lavish, flavorful, and beautifully curated. We later complimented the chef, who graciously took our feedback in stride and even arranged for packed food for our onward journey, a gesture that reflected genuine care.

A special mention to Raj, who served us a perfectly brewed lemon tea suited to the winter morning and later surprised us with a delightful pastry, reminding us that journeys are best begun on a sweet note.

It is these thoughtful, personalized touches that define true luxury. Le Meridien Nagpur delivers not just comfort, but heartfelt hospitality—making it a place we would happily return to.

Very poor service , staff seem to be just not interested or care about service .very inexperienced staff in every department seems , just local boys and girls picked up n given batch n uniform seems .

The hotel us very proximity to Airport.Tge atmosphere is very relaxing, genuine and charming.The rooms are very spaciuos and comfortable and relaxing. the ooen spaces are very much well decorated and colourful. the dining space is very much big and accomodates a large number of guests at a time.

It was a pleasantl stay at Le Meridian and staff actually went beyond their brief to make the stay memorable.

I had a really comfortable and pleasant stay at Le Amrreen Hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very peaceful. The ambience of the hotel is calm and perfect for relaxation. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and hassle-free.

I would especially like to mention Muskan Thakur from the staff. She is extremely polite, helpful, and kind by nature. Her behavior and attitude made the stay even more enjoyable. She was always ready to help with a smile and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Staff like her truly make a difference.

Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend Le Amrreen Hotel and would love to stay here again.

Very well maintained property with courteous staff. Room facilities were good. Very hospitable and willing to help. Spacious rooms with decent view.

Rooms were clean but little old. Food was great with lot of varieties for vegetarians.
Close to airport. Staff was very accommodating to give us an early checkin
