An outstanding visit at Nagpur.
Pros:

Very smiling, courteous, and helpful staff. We found them efficient and friendly. It is absolutely a five star hotel with all the amenities, food quality and service we hoped for. The caring nature of the staff warmed out hearts. My parents enjoyed the floor to ceiling glass view from the room, and the view was also delightful.

Had an amazing brunch experience at Le Méridien Nagpur. Compliments to Head Chef Pankaj Rana for serving such outstanding and tasty food — absolutely loved every bit of it.

A big thank you to Amit and Devesh as well for their exceptional service, professionalism, and friendly attitude throughout the visit. The live music and ambience made the experience even more special.

Truly a memorable hospitality experience.!!

Both Breakfast and Dinner food quality and items on menu were excellent. Need to add whole wheat roti/chapati.

Cons:

Exceptional Lounge Experience with Outstanding Service from Shrestha

I recently stayed at the lounge of Le Méridien for a 3-day business trip, and the experience was truly amazing. The lounge was an excellent place to relax and unwind after long business meetings, with a very comfortable atmosphere and outstanding hospitality.

A special compliment to Shrestha, who provided exceptional service throughout our stay. During the evenings when we spent time at the lounge after work, he prepared excellent cocktails for us and always made us feel welcome with his warm and professional attitude.

Thank you to the entire lounge team for making our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.
