Pros:

Very practical and good located hotel close to the airport and not loud. Breakfast for very good for Canadian hotels.

Cons:

It was not so easy to order the pick up service from the airport, it took us some time to find it out and only a driver from a different hotel helped us to order.

Friendly stuff, large rooms, location was good, not in the city, but handy if you want to visit Niagara Falls.

Bon hôtel près de l’aéroport
Pros:

Le taille et le confort de la chambre sont appréciées. La piscine est un plus apprécié des enfants. Les gaufres du petit déjeuner font plaisir malgré l’attente.

Cons:

La salle du petit déjeuner est trop petite comparé au nombre de personnes ! L’attente est longue pour s’installer et se servir. Les steaks proposés ne plaisent pas vraiment et devraient être remplacés par du bacon. C’est bien de proposer des formules avec petit déjeuner compris mais il faut assurer le service et le confort pour tous.

La chambre est grande et propre. Le petit déjeuner et la piscine sont appréciables.
Proche de l'aéroport.

Cons:

Piscine un peu petite pour 2 hôtels.
Je n'ai pas vu d'emplacement pour barbecue.

Séjour très agréable
Pros:

On a beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel.
Le personnel a été très sympathique, la chambre est très propre et spacieuse, la literie est très confortable, le petit déjeuner est très varié. On a beaucoup aimé la possibilité de servir le thé et le café gratuitement 24h car après avoir une longue route, c’était très agréable de prendre un thé.

Cons:

Tout a été parfait
Juste cet hôtel est un peu loin du centre-ville

Sehr schönes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück für Nordamerika, nettes Personal. Lage nah am Flughafen.

Cons:

Shuttle ist etwas schwer zu finden, unbedingt anrufen und genau beschreiben lassen wie das Auto aussieht.

Perfect, clean, comfortable and friendly.
Pros:

It was great!!! And even though we had a table once the dining room was full the opened the meeting room ASAP so everyone had a table.

Cons:

The people that patrol the parking lot gave us a ticket even though we were registered 4 hours before.

It was comfortable the room was amazing. I like the fact that I got fresh towels when I needed them and wonderful breakfast station I love it felt like home.
