Toronto'da son gecemizi havaalani yakininda geçirme gerekliliğimiz sebepli aile olarak konakladığımız hotelden geneli itibarı ile memnun ayrildık. Ön cepheye bakan odamiz iki kişi için hayli büyük , temiz , sessiz ve kullanışlı idi. Yatak rahat , banyosu geniş ve ferahtı , oldukça rahat ettik. Her yarım saatte bir hotelden havaalanina sizi götürebilecek ücretsiz servisleri için öncesinden talep açmaniz yeterli , yaklaşık 15 dakikalık bir sürede bu yolla havaalanina erişebiliyorsunuz.

Cons:

Kahvaltısı gerek lezzet gerek ise çeşitlilik yönünden çok zayıftı. Kullan at karton tabak ve bardaklardan yiyip içmek çok keyifsizdi. Ortamın görevlileri gayretsiz ve ilgisizlerdi , kahvaltısını yapıp kalkanların masaları temizlenmiyor ,öylece kalıyor. İnsanların yedikleri kapları yemek alanının giriş köşesindeki çöp kutularına kendilerinin atıyor olması , kahvaltıya gelen misafirleri karşılaşacağı ilk manzara olmamali... Bu ortamı küresel bilinirliği yüksek markaya hiç yakıştıramadım.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Location was nice, only about 30 min drive to Toronto, plus they have a free shuttle to the airport. The front office manager, Hanan was very helpful at answering all my questions ahead of time. Front desk employees were very friendly, pool was nice and warm, breakfast had lots of variety and well stocked. No noise through the walls or ceilings like we get from other hotels. No airport noise. This is one of our favorite Hilton’s. Thank you for making our stay very pleasant.

Hampton is my first choice for stay when I travel. The experience in Toronto Hampton was very good
Pros:

Breakfast was good but not comparable to Hampton by Hilton in Dubai and Johannesburg. Location is really great.

Cons:

Security deposit because I have still not seen the refund of the security deposit in my bank account.
