Good experience
Pros:

Staff was so helpful and friendly. Ordered a pizza it never arrived so on the run to the airport staff stopped to let me order a pizza at another location. Drive back from airport we stopped and picked up pizza. They felt very bad for us. Beyond what their job was. Room was great, staff very friendly helpful and provided a take away breakfast. Good stay other than getting food.... what restaurant closes on a Saturday????? It was closed this is why we had to order a pizza.

Excellent séjour!
Pros:

Excellent service à la clientèle. La veille, nous avions demandé de nous appeler un taxi pour aller à l'aéroport car la navette était pleine pour notre heure de départ. Le départ suivant était 1 heure après, ce qui était trop tard pour nous. Ils ont finalement réussi à nous avoir une navette seulement 30 minutes plus tard que ce que nous voulions. Nous avons donc pas eu besoin de payer un taxi.

Cons:

Un peu plus de choix pour le déjeuner aurait été bien, mais sinon, c'était correct.

Best value for money!
Pros:

Staff were all nice, polite and helpful most especially Raquel and Anastasiia. 😊

Cons:

I hope there are more toiletries in the bathroom e.g. conditioner
