The friendly and accommodating staff , and the location of this facility makes it worthwhile

Parking is terrible- no available spaces and no walkways were shovelled or cleared from the parking lot to the front doors
24 hour Coffee station was welcoming however, please maintain it better, no cups and cold coffee on 2 occasions during the night

Close to airport.
Pros:

We hadn't eaten all day and there was nothing on site for us to eat. (restaurant) I was travelling with a lady with limited mobility so we couldn't go too far. We ordered pizza from a pamphlet that was given to us (Gino's) but the pizza never arrived. When I called back to Gino's a recording came on to say they were closed.

Cons:

I wrote it up top. Sorry. I did like the closeness to the airport although we had to wait a while for the shuttle. The rooms were a good size and were very clean.

Other than shuttle service our stay there was very good.
Pros:

Rooms were nice and clean. Staff very nice.

Cons:

My husband and I are 73 and had to wait 45 minutes in freezing cold for the shuttle from airport to hotel. Had to call three times before it finally arrived.
