Perfect central location. Clean and comfortable. Nice choices for concert attendees at fiserv arena.
Business center was under construction at the time so couldn't stay for a work meeting.

I loved that I spoke to Anthony and told him I needed some changes to my room all last minute and he quickly was able to accommodate me. I had a late check in and asked if I could do a late check out as well and they absolutely agree. Best hotel experience I had in a long time! Definitely returning.
One elevator didn't work so the one that did would get really crowded.
Be ready for offsite parking delay in getting your vehicle and no access during your stay.
They are prompt in retrieving your vehicle. Parking is additional. This makes sense since the hotel is directly on the river.

The staff is awesome they were very accommodating in helping us get in our room earlier and changing our room size that we did wrong online . Parking overnight was a 40 something but i guess that’s everywhere for parking now a-days , Rachel at the front desk who greeted us is the best!! Love the Lobby area for hanging with family ❤️
