Aloft Milwaukee Downtown

This hotel is up to Aloft standards. The location was accessible to restaurants close enough to take a stroll. Take a breather and check out the river! I especially liked that I didn't have to request a white noise machine. I absolutely loved Mattie! Mattie provided wonderful service and recommended some good restaurants. Mattie also makes a killer old fashioned! ✝️

Andrew was so helpful during my stay on 10/22/2025. He went over and above the typical service to make my stay enjoyable.

In addition, he took time to understand my issue and provided a reasonable solution. To boot with a smile and positive attitude.

I would recommend staying at this hotel as Titanium Elite member for Marriott and when I'm back in Milwaukee I'll stay at the Aloft. Thanks again Andrew.

The best part of my trip was Andrew who worked at the front desk during the evening on Wednesday and Thursday. We arrived late on Wednesday night and we were starving and unsure if any restaurants were still open. Andrew called the restaurant and secured a table for me and my daughter and told them we would be over there in a few minutes. He then walked us out in front of the hotel and showed us where to go. He was so friendly and courteous!

Can’t beat this location! So close to the Deer District and within walking to water street and the third ward

Everything was great aside from the comforter. Not much padding, almost like a heavy sheet. Aside from that eveything was great.

Great hotel! Our travel agent booked it for us. It is a place he has stayed before. Fun location with the Fiserv Forum, home of the Milwaukee Bucks, about a block away. Hotel is on the Milwaukee River Walk. Plenty of clubs, bars are restaurants all within easy walking distance. Since the hotel is in such a vibrant area, street noise can get loud. We made sure the fan was running on our heating/ac unit. The white noise drowned out much of the street noise.

Andrew and Sophia, the front desk staff, help us with many questions about the hotel, local restaurants and directions to locating places we want to go.

We would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at Aloft. Andrew at the front desk was awesome! He was super fun with great energy. Maddi the bartender made delicious cocktails for us to enjoy.

Hotel was decent. It was very loud from the outside traffic, it was also loud from some of the guests up to about midnight.

We rode 100 miles on bikes from chicago and Andrew was immediately so welcoming. The valet staff kindly took our photos and the bartender was so professional, quick and friendly. Fabulous atmosphere, comfortable room and we will stay here again if in Milwaukee

Hotel is so so. Valet didn't greet us. Hotel hallways are way to dark. The rooms were scuffed up and the bathroom is really odd. I wouldn't want to stay here again.

Bedding and pillows were great

Location is so accessible and near Fiserv and many restaurants. Room is clean, staffs are friendly. Shout out to the valet service, esp Nick, for assisting us. Our furry kid enjoyed his stay and sleep as well.

I was in the city for business. I was immediately greeted by the valet, he was super friendly and explained the process of valeting my vehicle so I could get it back later. Tyler was a nice first impression for the rest of my stay. Location is convenient, my room was big and clean, the bed was comfortable and the coffee was great. I will stay again next time I’m visiting.

Rooms are lovely. Not very large but comfortable and fully equipped. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Great location to Riverwalk and downtown.

I stayed at aloft for a business trip and the valet team—Ethan, Tyler, and Bryce—truly went above and beyond every single day. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, professional, and always quick to help. They made getting in and out of the hotel seamless, and their positive energy was such a great start and end to each day.

It’s rare to find a team that’s this consistent and attentive, but these three really stood out. Highly recommend this hotel based on their overall service!

Bryce did a great job! Appreciated the valet service a lot. We were in town for a concert and had a great time. Thanks Aloft!
