Small spot for a high price in an unsafe area.
Pros:

That it was downtown around all the venues I wanted to be around.

Cons:

No secure parking. Valet is way to expensive and there was not waiver or anything for parking. Charge is high for a hotel in that location, and then it an additional $100 just to keep your vehicle safe. Had to park blocks away from the hotel to keep the vehicle in a safe place.

Stay at the Aloft Marriot in Milwaukee it you dont want to sleep while wasting your money.
Pros:

We stayed overnight at Aloft on August 1 and 2. The male manager was excellent! He was attentive and responsive and genuinely polite.

Cons:

For a 4/5 star hotel, the room was very small. There was only one chair provided. How can two adults have a conversation with a single chair and no couch available? The bed was too soft. The king-sized bed caved into the center like a cheap motel sack. The pillows were thin and not uniform in size, some larger, some smaller. None of the pillows were intended to be used with a king-size bed. The climate control was miserable. The temperature was inconsistent, and when "on," the blower was loud and annoying, cooling the tiny room to an unbearable freezer or a hot box. The bathroom was miniature, providing only one sink. The shower lacked water pressure and was placed next to the toilet without privacy.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was extremely noisy. You could hear everything that was happening out on the street all night long.
We also were not made aware that we were going to have to pay an extra 50$ for parking. And it wasn’t even at the hotel, it was down the street.

We had beautiful river views from our room. The pool was wonderful and the courtyard was so relaxing in the morning.
Pros:

The location is perfect for where we wanted to be in the city. We were able to walk nearby for dinner and drinks. The staff were exceptional! Jasmine even made up a Birthday gift bag for me!!! I go on my trips, and this is the first time any hotel has done this. We loved it! She really made our night with that. I have told everyone about our experience at the Aloft

Cons:

The parking was our only issue. We didn’t realize it is valet only. We did have an option for parking off site, which we did not like. We felt rushed grabbing all of our luggage, sunglasses, and pretty much anything else we might need before the car was taken. The line behind us was trailing into the street.

Great hotel for downtown Mikwaukee fun!
Pros:

Room was great, location was lovely, staff allowed us to cancel second room when windstorm blew a tree on my son's car, rendering it unsuable to drive in and join us. That meant a lot, as we were trying to deal with insurance, safety, etc. from the hotel.

Cons:

The shower had mold in the door seal. I'd love some spray and towels to wipe down machines in the gym area.

The front desk person Kat I believe is her name was fanominal. She helped me get two additional nights at a better rate

It was in a great location. It was only 10 minutes from the hospital. My wife had surgery and we wanted to stay near the hospital.

Cons:

The parking downtown Milwaukee is expensive but that’s nothing to do with the hotel.

Modern and comfortable.
Pros:

The air flow in the room was incredible, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower pressure was as good as I have ever seen. The staff was professional.

Cons:

The valet system was a nightmare. The staff members were super in trying to help but the tech system was absolutely horrific.

First, the location of this hotel is good and walkable to some of the sites in Milwaukee. The facility is clean.

Cons:

Parking is poor. The hotel does not have it's own lot and the valet service was one young man who was very behind and had cars sticking out into the road. The room was clean, but set up very odd, with the coffee, cups, and fridge by/under the bathroom sink, the bathroom door is an ill fitting slider, and the shower has a glass insert which shines through to the side of bed on the other side. If you use the BR at night, the light shines through to the other person in bed. Strange.
