Exceeded Expectations
Pros:

I used the valet parking and it was much better than most of the reviews I read. The food & beverage options in the lobby canteen were pleasant and there were easy "grab & go" options. Easy access to Fiserve Center and local shopping. Farmer's Market on Sundays.

Cons:

My room faced the Riverwalk and it was enjoyable. These rooms are direct access to two bridges over the river for vehicle traffic and the metal bridge grids do make a bit of noise. Not brutal noise, but you can hear it like if there is a freeway close

Will not stay there again.
Cons:

Lacked appropriate area to hang clothes. No comfortable chair to sit in. No parking area for vehicles. Cost $100 for two nights with taxes and tips. Thought there would be a free breakfast, wasn’t.

Pros:

Soooo loud. The building is made of paper. The employees know it too. They didn’t tell me about the sound Machine in the room until I requested to be moved. The new room was marginally better. Never again

Convienent to the river.
Pros:

It was close to the river and we came specifically for a boat tour.

Cons:

Shampoo bottle was empty. Some items were dusty and we found a lanyard in a pillow case.

Great place to enjoy a weekend.
Pros:

I really loved the place for it's location near the water and the area was very nice to walk around at night being safe and never worried.Me and my wife loved making our way around to the great eating and drinking places and was able to walk straight to the hotel.Also the people there were super nice and very accommodating to us.We were able to check in a little early and the valets are so friendly and work hard for their money.They were busy non stop

Cons:

I really wasn't aware how loud the bikers and music from the bikes were so loud and noisy.I understand it's a party town but I was kept up till like 2:30 in the morning hearing loud noises from motorcycles and loud music from them.But that was my only complaint about the whole experience.

WHERE IS MY REFUND?????!!!
Pros:

Room wasn’t ready half an hour after check in and I was told “we can’t tell you when it will be”.
Requested a refund and got no response.

Cons:

I didn’t even get my room.

The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating, very enjoyable experience
Pros:

It was beautiful, very clean very modern. We will definitely stay again.
