너무 붐비지않지만 믹스몰과 멀지않은 곳의 5성급 호텔을 찾으신다면..!
Pros:

믹스몰과는 거리가 있지만 그렇게 멀지않고 오히려 믹스몰보단 사람이 덜 붐벼서 좋았어요. 바로 옆에는 CBD(완다프라자) 있어서 그 안에 판다헤어스파, 차지, 루이싱커피 등등 있을 거 다 있어서 좋았답니다!
다안... 와우뷰티,팝마트는 없지만 비슷한 편집샵들도 꽤 있어 처음보는? 중국 현지 의류브랜드들이 많아서 더 구경하기 좋았어요!

공항과 48분 택시거리 믹스몰과도 택시로8분? 거리라서 돌아다니기 좋아요!!
덜 붐비는 곳을 찾으신다면 적극 추천이요!! 직원분들 전부 다 친절하시고 호텔에 수영장,피트니스,룸에 욕조, 넓은 1층로비, 짐보관(짐 지키는 직원), 보면 다들 인사해주시고 웃어주심, 체크인시 짐 같이 옮겨주는 서비스까지 나름 5성급의 서비스가 있었어요.

청소가..쪼금 전체적으로 아쉬웠어요. 그리고 호텔이 전체적으로 노후화되어서 조금 낡은..? 그리고 욕실에 불이 안들어오고 녹이 어디서 계속 나왔지만 나름 잘 피해서 썼어욤. 그리고 수영장 시설은 좋았는데.... 그 온천은.. 뭔가 벽지껍질? 같은게 떠다녀서 앉아있다가 근방 일어났구 락커실에 어디서 물이 터졌는지 물바다였고.. 사우나는 안켜져있더라구요. 7시부터 운영이고 한..7시20분? 그때갔는데 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 룸도 구석구석보면.. 커텐엔 모기 잡은 흔적도있고 그렇더라구욯ㅎㅎㅎ 그래도 온도조절이 뭔가 딱 맞게 잘 되는? 느낌이라 건조하거나 춥거나 있지않게 잘 있다 갔어요~~ 욕조가 최고..

Very Unhappy due to not fulfilling their promises.

Indians shouldn't go to this hotel. They are fraud.
1. They didn't provide dinner while I booked Half Board. Reception and Manager don't understand meaning of Half Board. I had to go out to have dinner and paid for taxi, costly dinner and that too in minus one degree temperature outside.
2. They charged more than initial booked amount in Chinese currency. Amount in Chinese currency including taxes and fees should be constant. They didn't honor the amount shown on my account on booking.com.
3. They took 50% extra towards deposit and promised that the balance amount will be credited to my card on check out. I am still waiting for same after 2 days of checking out. I have already returned to India and now on checking they are saying it will take 15 days!!!!
4. No one in Hotel staff understands English and we had to take help of Google Translate or local Chinese English speaking friends.
Overall - Indians shouldn't visit this fraud Hotel.

Pros:

Понравился комфорт. Большой номер, душ, ванна, халат, удобные кровати. Все просто шикарно.
Из окна красивый вид. Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. И все это по очень привлекательной цене.

К сожалению мы не смогли снизить температуру в номере с помощью кондиционера. Такое впечатление, что он работал только на нагрев. 26 градусов это через чур, а окно открывается немного, так как высокий этаж и ветер был не в окна.
Нам дали другой номер, там та же ситуация, но нам удалось создать сквозняк приоткрыв входную дверь и мы прекрасно выспались.
Благодарю отель за наш короткий отдых!
