Elevators are a problem, housekeeping didn’t restock anything before my stay and even after asking for a room cleaning the room wasn’t stocked.

It met minimum expectations.
Pros:

Room was nice and clean.

Cons:

Extra charge for parking - though a desk person waived that for me.

When I checked in, the lady at the desk continued on a personal phone call using her ear buds WHILE SHE WAS WAITING ON ME!! Half the time I had to ask whether she was speaking to me or the person on the phone. This was very unprofessional.
The air conditioner, next to the bed, was very noisy.

Pros:

The room was bigger than a lot of hotels. The amenities the hotel offers were good for the price. Towels were luxurious even the pool towels. Offered two waters at arrival which was nice after driving for 6 hours
