Needs a facelift
Pros:

Staff at reception were friendly and very helpful. Accommodated our request to change our length of stay on short notice. Shower pressure was great. Location convenient.

Cons:

I've stayed at Hyatt Place in other locations and while the size of the room met our expectations this place clearly needs a refresh. The room's wooden furniture and trim was dinged/flaking, the wallpaper was coming loose at the seams, the room smelled a little funky. The bedding also seemed cheap and the unit that controlled the room temp was really loud, so neither of us slept well.

mattress was horrible and very uncomfortable. Very thin blanket and room was freezing. Ankles were being bitten up by fleas or something in the rug.
