Pros:

Beautiful property. Rooms were clean and comfortable

We did not get housekeeping during our stay but not too big a deal since we only stayed two nights

Expected more, but staff was nice
Pros:

Beds, food, tv, space were all very good

Cons:

Pool was not heated, had to change rooms twice - once for double booking and then again for running toilet. Housekeeping bothered us twice during last hour of packing before departing and they did not stock bathroom correctly (had to ask for shampoo.)

It was a smooth and stress free experience.
Pros:

The staff was hospitable and the rooms were so much better than expected. We booked the queen suite and it was so much cuter and more spacious than we expected, the facilities were great and the bartender was such a wonderful host lol. It was a great experience.
