This hotel is a bit deceiving by the modern touches, updates, etc...don't be fooled!! We had a 3 room suite and the TVs did not work in either bedroom. We reported it to the front desk, they sent someone to work on it for 45 minutes and no resolution. Not the end of world until it came time for bed....I have traveled a lot and NEVER have a slept on such a HARD bed. When I say hard, I could literally sleep on the floor and have the same experience. Unbelievable!!
We spoke to the front desk about the TVs and requested to talk to the manager who never bothered to reach out to us because he was "out." The only positive is that the hotel allowed our late checkout, which we needed due to a funeral, but they were quick the lock us out of our room right at 12:00 and call my phone.
All of this makes me NEVER want to go back!!
My stay was very pleasant until the final day, when I accidentally dropped one of my AirPods Pro (3rd generation) in a hallway. Upon realizing the loss, I immediately returned to the hotel and searched the area but was unable to locate the item. However, Apple’s “Find My” application consistently showed the AirPod still inside the hotel.
After eventually getting a live connection, the device’s location updated to an employee break room located in the kitchen area. I then confronted the employee and was able to recover my AirPod.
Following this, I spoke with a front desk associate to ask about standard procedure when an employee finds an item of value. I was informed that such items are normally turned in to Lost and Found. When I pointed out that this did not happen in my case, I was told that many items are lost and not everything gets turned in.
I find this explanation unacceptable. An item valued at approximately $250, found by an employee while working, should be turned in immediately. Guests will reasonably return to look for personal property they paid for and rightfully own. Had Apple’s tracking technology not been available, I am confident this item would not have been returned.
This incident reflects poorly on the hotel and raises concerns about staff integrity and adherence to policy. I strongly encourage management to review this matter and reinforce proper lost-and-found procedures with all employees.

2nd visit to this location. pleased to see it is still very well maintained with friendly staff. we used points to secure reservation so check in was a bit muddled. once it was sorted the rest of stay was great. we enjoyed complimentary cocktails, clean room and comfortable bed. we had sandwiches in restaurant that were freshly made and made to order breakfast was perfect. big con NO HOTTUB they have taken out . Fitness room has good selection and equipment seems well maintained. LOCATION is everything ! Lots of shopping, restaurants, gas,car wash nearby.

No towels or rooms cleaned on Christmas eve or day. asked desk staff why she did not mention this when I checked in. She told me there was a note at the front desk. I suggested she tell people as they check in as well (arrived tired and ready to sleep). she rudely repeated that there was a note at the desk, and that I could come down to get towels.

This hotel provided exceptional service. From the moment we checked in with Acacia, who went above and beyond to get us into our room timely; we had to get to the Alabama vs Tennessee football game! And then the next day the omelettes were delicious by Jena and we were met with friendly and very competent service from: Martha, Marcelina, and Maria!! Each one of them went out of their way to serve us and make sure we were happy. You will not be disappointed at this hotel!!
