Best Stay Ever!
Pros:

Our stay was incredible, starting right at check-in with the front desk. Shardae was so kind, polite, and helpful. The atmosphere was very welcoming, and every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile.
We were only in town for one night after a long day at the zoo and the mall, so it was especially refreshing to be treated with such genuine hospitality. While heading to the elevator with our baby and all of our luggage, the manager, Mr. Collie, stopped to warmly greet us. He kindly offered to help and even provided us with cold water. He took a moment to personally thank us for our stay and welcome us to Birmingham, which truly made a lasting impression.
This experience completely wowed us. It was our first time visiting both the hotel and the city as a family, and the level of care we received made it unforgettable. Because of this, we will absolutely choose to stay at this hotel again and are already looking forward to planning future trips to Birmingham.
To top it off, the breakfast was great, and the room was beautiful. Overall, an outstanding experience from start to finish. I am a Hilton Honors Gold member so I'm used to traveling and I know when a place really exceeds expectations!

Fantastic Family Stay: Clean, Modern, and Great Service
Pros:

Our family had a wonderful stay here from April 3 to 5. The hotel was incredibly clean, easily accessible, and located in a very convenient area. One of the biggest highlights for me was the room flooring; there is no carpet except for a small rug under the bed, which made the space feel much cleaner and more modern.

​The check-in process was handled with great respect and professionalism. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, as it was a great start to our day. We highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the Hoover area. 5 stars!

Bring a book if you like to watch TV
Pros:

Great hotel. Great location. Great rooms. Why negative review? This hotel does not have basic tv channels. If you want to watch NCAA tournament, world baseball classic, favorite TV show, you can't. This hotel cannot make an agreement with TV provider. Find another hotel or bring a book.
