Incumplimiento en la llevada al aeropuerto
Pros:

La ubicación excelente para quedar cerca del aeropuerto

Cons:

El servicio del shuttle de recogida y devolución al aeropuerto no estuvo bien. Para la llevada del hotel al aeropuerto a las 8:00 am, nos habían pedido estar en el lobby faltando 10 minutos para las 8:00 am; estuvimos faltando 15 minutos; sin embargo, el bus se llenó y solamente nos llevaron a las 8:35 am; no solicitaron el envío a tiempo de otro transporte

Pros:

Having the room located next to the lobby so my mom didn't have to walk long distances. She's 94 with some mobility issues.

It was ok for an over night.
Cons:

The elevator was not working we had to go to the stairs with all of our luggage’s! gym was very small and, the laundry room was an inconvenience due to just having one washer and one dryer people waiting to use it.

La asistencia de Juan Flores en la recepción del hotel fue espectacular, preocupado siempre por la comodidad y seguridad del huésped, muy certero en su información y brinda confianza y seguridad. Buena imagen de Fairfield Fortlaudardale y sobre seguro volveré.
