Would not book again based on the amount of time waiting for a shuttle even after calling and being told a shuttle is on
Pros:

It was nice and clean. The clerk only answers the phone when they feel like it. Staff are rude. The shuttle took over 2 hours of us waiting and calling continuously before they came and got us. We had kids with us and it was pouring down raining

El peor check in que me ha tocado.
Pros:

La Ubicación, sobretodo si vas a tomar un crucero.

Cons:

El check in debia ser 3pm y las habitaciones nos las dieron recien a partir de las 6pm, nos tuvieron esperando y solamente nos dijeron que "debíamos esperar" y que no sabían en cuanto tiempo las entregaban. El lugar del desayuno tambien era demasiado pequeño, toco comer de pie. Muy mala experiencia, tengan cuidado.

Very convenient and comfortable for a one night stay before our cruise
Pros:

So close to the airport and cruise port, the shuttles were great and room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

The food from the bar/restaurant was not worth the price we paid, breakfast was great

Me gustó que se encuentra cerca del aeropuerto y ofrece servicio de shuttle, además se encuentra frente a la estación Tri Rail perfecto si deseas ir a Miami. Hay variedad en el desayuno.

Cons:

Hay pocas opciones de restaurantes cerca al hotel y un poco distante del centro y de la playa.

Stort resort med mange aktiviteter. Meget smukke omgivelser, virkelig smuk udsigt mod strand og hav

Cons:

Ikke særlig imødekommende personale. Virkeligt dårlig service i morgenmadsrestaurant, mange fejl og lang ventetid. Flere dage med bryllupsfester, meget larm til sent om aftenen. Personalet var travlt optaget med disse arrangementer.
