Beautiful, clean hotel, with excellent front counter staff
Pros:

My reservation was for Saturday night, and our flight didn't arrive till 12: 45am Sunday morning. I was worried that we would not have a room available, but when we walked into the hotel at 1:15am we were greeted by the most friendly check-in staff. They made us feel so welcomed that it was very refreshing. Your late night front counter staff should be commended for their excellent customer service. We went up to the room it was immaculate. The room was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

There is nothing that we found objectionable about the room.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, great value
Pros:

I like the proximity of the hotel to the airport, even though it was close to the airport I never heard a plane engine during the night. I like the size of the room for two people, and the cleanliness of the room. It was immaculate. I really liked how available the shuttle to the airport was. The staff is top notch. Every single staff member we encountered were customer service focused and friendly

Can’t wait for my next trip.
Pros:

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The facility was spotless and conveniently located near the airport. Additionally, they provided airport shuttle services, which was a great convenience.

Cons:

The issues I had were reported to the staff and was immediately corrected.

Pros:

Location was convenient.

Cons:

The door was propped open on our arrival. This made us super uncomfortable. We had to check every corner and closet to make sure we were safe. The air conditioner was so loud, when it cycled it sounded like a clanking train.
