Wouldn’t stay again

Cons:

Room had dirt in all the corners, furniture was worn and beds were squeaky. Pool and pool room were freezing while the gym was stifling hot! Speaking of the gym half of the equipment didn’t work. Staff was rude. I’ve called several times to check on my reservation because it was changed. I confirmed the price multiple times. A women who sounds Jamaican is who I’ve spoken to every single time. Upon arrival she tried to charge me double claiming booking.com didn’t update when I changed from one night to two despite me calling over a month ago to confirm the change and she said everything was fine.

Comfortable, well appointed rooms for the price.

Cons:

The Breakfast wasn't amazing and on more than one day there was no coffee for the guests for a long time. I made it through my breakfast and never got a coffee.

Disappointing front desk
Pros:

Clean and modern as expected at a Hampton.

Upon checking in tonight front desk clerk playing on her cell phone while I’m trying to pay and get on with night . Asking questions as she’s ignoring me while distracted by her cell phone .

Not happy about losing free bottled water.
Pros:

We usually choose Hampton Inns when traveling and have stayed at this one before. As Hilton Honors members you get two free bottles of spring water. This time I was informed you have to be a “gold” member. Not knowing this we hadn’t packed extra bottled water. I find this incredibly disappointing given that the cost of bottled water is about 16 cents a bottle. Really? The rooms also don’t have a couch and only one chair so all you can do is lie in bed to watch the TV. I’m going to look at other options for our next trip.

Cresh clean bedding, friendly staff, would like more gluten free chooses for breakfast.maybe keep a couple loafs of GF bread in the freezer and put out a “gf bread upon request,” sign and provide a toaster.

good room and it was clean.. Very nice polite people at the check in.

Cons:

There was a very loud noise in the room. it would get very loud and then stop for a short time and then start again. It sounded like a wash machine or dryer running with clothes in it. I was very tired and did not want to make an issue so just tried to try to sleep.I would not want room 307 ever again.

Probably the worst hotel stay of my life
Pros:

The breakfast was nice, and the woman handling it was very sweet.

Cons:

Don’t get me started. About the leak in the bathroom ceiling? That they somehow decided to vacuum the next room from 4:30 to 5:30 in the morning?! (No, I’m not kidding.) or that no one bothered to ask about our stay or even say anything when we checked out?
