Had asked for extra towels, never arrived. Asked for extra pillows. Never supplied. Refrigerator made noise had to unplug in order to sleep.

Pros:

I use to love staying there. But now the mattress was not comfortable and the pillows were terrible!!
Not a comfortable chair in the room. Very disappointed. We stayed at the Best Western that use to be our second choice and beds, pillow, small sofa all quality. Food very good as well.

Solid budget option for outdoor recreation.
Pros:

Great value. Breakfast open early. Comfortable rooms. Indoor pool. EV charging. Good location for nearby canoeing and hiking.

Cons:

No available bedside outlet for charging phones etc. The access road has awful potholes. Interior is dated (but fine given the price).

Cons:

When I checked in I asked for a handicapped room because I'm a disabled veteran.
They told me that since I booked my room through a third party it would cost more for a handicapped room.
I told them that this was discriminatory.
I asked for a quiet room.
They had a water break and the plumber parked right under my room and I had to listen to him making noise into the night.
There wasn't any water for hours.
In the morning the water in the shower ran brown.
I have stayed there many times.
I told them that I probably won't ever be back.

Never Again.
Pros:

The negative started as we tried to check in. Our conformation stated check-in available after 3pm. It was 3:30 no one at the desk, just a sign stating we’re away, will return soon. Couple sitting in front desk area saw us looking at the sign and said look to your right. Another sign, stating due to maintenance there would be no water from 8 pm to midnight tonight. WHAT? Another family waiting, desk staff arriving at 4:10pm. Argument started with family ahead of us, they checked in, then their child read about lack of water. Dad asked for manager, told none available. Asked for discount or refund, no last minute, no refunds. Wow, this is a Hampton Inn?
This property is difficult to find even with GPS. Giant potholes in a driveway past another hotel and restaurant.
No cleaning of our room for the 3 night stay. Called front desk for additional towels and soap no response. Returning from breakfast found cleaning team & managed to get some towels.
The breakfast varied from fair to poor. Too salty sausage, chewy sliced ham, thin bacon. Supermarket quality bagels?
I asked for an additional night, we were there for a family health crises. Yes, desk confirmed our room was available.
Upon arriving home checked my email and we were charged double for the extra night, never mentioned by front desk.
All in all I would never book a Hampton Inn again. Lacking the quality & services we had in prior Hampton stays.
