Good location but tired and due for revamp
Pros:

Location is good, walking distance to 2 malls and old town. However the driveway is cramped which does not befit the Westin brand. The furniture in the room is tired, with scuffed edges and decor from the 90s. Fortunately the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a fair spread but was very busy. Spacious gym with a good number of machines. Heavy kettlebells available but dumbbells were messy and hard to find a matched pair.

Terrible experience!
Pros:

It was terrible! Unbelievable There are no seats in the lobby! I sit in the lobby and waited my wife . The bar staff, Alice, said you can not sit here unless you order something! Unbelievable, the customer of the hotel can not site in the lobby! Also the baby said I offer you free water and then you can stay on the seats in the lobby. It is not acceptable! It made feel terrible!
I report to the manger in the front desk. He did I not thing! Just said you can sit the seat. That is it! It is not Westin style!
