Lo staff è molto gentile ma sinceramente il prezzo non valeva il soggiorno. La suite che avevamo prenotato aveva divano

Buona posizione e staff molto cordiale!

Cons:

Stanze e struttura parecchio datate, divani macchiati e anche lenzuola visibilmente vecchie vista la presenza di molte macchie.

pool area and the villa area full of slippery tiles not so bad if you're under 40 but more dangerous if you are older. this issue will not be addressed by the owners because they do not care, if you slip and break something, it is your responsibility to be insured not their responsibility to build a safer environment

Amazing villa and stuff
Pros:

Everything was amazing, location is 5min walk to Massimo Italian/Gelato.7min walk to the beach,massages every where.
The stuff and the manager are more then amazing to help in any way they can.
Specially we received high tea or coffee with baked banana at afternoon to the villa and also we could asked breakfast to bring to the villa.
I had problem with my glasses the manager couldn't help and on the same day afternoon the reception nock on our door to bring new pair that the manager bought and they refused to take money .
Special thank to the amazing manager.

Great facilities for all ages
Pros:

The separate bedrooms and ensuites sharing the living, kitchen and pool areas was perfect for our extended family. Breakfasts (included in the deal) were great with lots of variation. Having the larger pool in the common area was an added bonus with the toddlers pool. Staff were very friendly and looked after us exceptionally well. The inclusion of the Vietnamese restaurant in the complex was another major bonus.

Everything you need to feel spoiled
Pros:

Staying at Sagara was an absolute pleasure. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and very clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, and the restaurant, pool, and spa were all excellent.
A wide selection of breakfast dishes with delicious coffee
There are also great restaurants and shops nearby, so you have everything you need within easy reach and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend it.

Special thanks for Rika, who was in contact with us and arranged the additional services for our anniversary that made our stay an unforgettable experience

We stayed in a room not a villa. The room was huge, bathroom great, only down side no window to outside, but soon got used to it

Cons:

If you are in a single room (not a villa), you face the main road. There is a live music venue directly opposite that plays loud music until 11pm 7 nights a week.
