The roaches all over the room the fact that the air conditioner didn't work .. also they make you stand in the heat at 3 in the afternoon in 112°F temperature to check in instead of allowing you to come in the lobby. The room was poorly maintained. There were roaches all over the bathroom. When they cleaned my room they took my towels that were clearly not company brand. The breakfast consisted of old damaged apples stale cereal and out dated blueberry muffins.

Everything. The staff. The roaches. The elevator was broken(with no signage). The smoking everywhere.
It was quite at times.
They didn't have breakfast as shown on booking.com, The first room we encountered roaches and a broken AC unit which had the room extremely hot. There was no washateria on site as the booking showed. No face to face interaction like most good hotels. You had to conduct business through a damn window. They didn't offer refunds to go to another hotel so I had to stay there. The house keepers always tried to come in the room while we were sleeping knock then enter even after I said hold on I'm not decent. The agent I talked to gave me 11.65 bonus money after I spent almost 500 there.

Cockroaches are everywhere, the smell and dusty AC unit.
Upon arrival the staff at the window was extremely rude , gave the impression that he was irritated.. the facility is disguising !! Infested with roaches and rat droppings. With an unpleasant unbearable Oder . We were given a room unaware it was in these conditions as the photos and descriptions did not describe it to be that way .
We did not stay we left immediately.

Itchy bedding, water coming out of the wall in the bathroom, marks on bedsheets and then challenged when I asked for clean ones.. I would like my money back and the health department needs to check this place out

There was people up all night ans I couldn’t sleep . When tried to report it thw office was closed ! Very very uncomfortable.

Well when I woke up to go to the bathroom. There were roaches in the tub. The tub was very slippery I almost fell. When I put my sandwich down and I turned around roaches were on my sandwich. The iron broad was broken I couldn't use it. The chair at the desk the wheel came off. And when I had my curtains open a man was looking in my room. The next day I found out he cleans the rooms. So please do better. And tell that man to stop looking in people window. I was on the first floor because of my knees. And I can't do the stairs.

Room was on the 3rd floor; No Elevator available;
Nothing at all was good.
There was pee on the headboard. The elevators were broken and its 3 floors outside. The bath tub was being held up by very old caulking tape, it looked like it was going to cave in, of course the paint was completely missing in the tub too. I asked for fresh sheets and a clorox wipe for the headboard but the front desk said they didn't have clean sheets nor did the have cleaning supplies. This place needs to close down. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
