Pros:

The room is spacious

Cons:

The I was given was roaches infested, spider and it sort. It was cold and we were kept in cold waiting for the attendance because he was alone to attend to us. No office was open for us to stay and to keep us from the cold.

Close to Hobby Airport

Cons:

Everything was locked, we couldn't go to the pool because the hotel had it locked. The main lobby was locked. The rooms looked like they were from the 60's and 70's. I would have moved to another location but they wouldn't give a refund. Even the towels we used were stained, at least I hope that was the reason. We did get have fresh towels everyday.

Todo estaba sucio una peste a cigarro , las sábanas tenían mal olor estaba rotas y el baño el piso estaba undio todo rotas las lozas la llave del agua se salía y no calentaba bien el agua , había un gavetero que se abrían solas las gavetas no cerraban

Checking in was difficult, upon entering the room there were bugs everywhere. Dirty toilets, stained sheets and overall horrible smell. It was atrocious couldn't stay in the room for 5 minutes before we chose to check out

Tout était DÉGUEULASSE j'ai pris que les WC en photos il y avais fe l'urine et selles. Mais toute la chambre était repugnante. Une honte de louer des chambres comme ceci. Les draps avais des trou de cigarette, une mauvaise odeur dans la chambre. Le tapis je parle meme pas, une horreur et des poils se trouver dans les draps de bain. L'évier se trouver dégueulasse, en gros la chambre a pas etait laver et je me demande si les drat son réellement changer!Petit déjeuner sans commentaire, ont a eu le droit que a du cafétéria si ont peu dire que cet du cafe et lait et des petit cake. Mes employés même pas un bonjour ni au revoir. booking faudrais revoir vos hotel. Car les photos ne correspondent pas a la réalité.

It was quiet and peaceful. Didn't have to worry about someone breaking into your room/car or arguing.

Cons:

The staff only came for room service once my whole stay to bring toiletries. They don't have options for breakfast except mini muffins and stale cereal. The TV is mounted and locked against the wall, I was unable to play my video game. When asking the staff for help they ignore you. Also they have bed bugs my children, spouse and myself were covered in red bumps and constantly scratching to the point we broke skin.

The room was not clean at all. Sheets had stains on them, the bathroom was the nastiest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel ever. This was the worst stay that I have ever had in a hotel. I did not even use the bathroom and shower because it was so bad.
