There was people up all night ans I couldn’t sleep . When tried to report it thw office was closed ! Very very uncomfortable.

Well when I woke up to go to the bathroom. There were roaches in the tub. The tub was very slippery I almost fell. When I put my sandwich down and I turned around roaches were on my sandwich. The iron broad was broken I couldn't use it. The chair at the desk the wheel came off. And when I had my curtains open a man was looking in my room. The next day I found out he cleans the rooms. So please do better. And tell that man to stop looking in people window. I was on the first floor because of my knees. And I can't do the stairs.

Room was on the 3rd floor; No Elevator available;
Nothing at all was good.
There was pee on the headboard. The elevators were broken and its 3 floors outside. The bath tub was being held up by very old caulking tape, it looked like it was going to cave in, of course the paint was completely missing in the tub too. I asked for fresh sheets and a clorox wipe for the headboard but the front desk said they didn't have clean sheets nor did the have cleaning supplies. This place needs to close down. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Room was not as pictured . Lobby not as pictured it was completely closed and we had to check in at a side window. When we checked into the room there were roaches bed and bathroom were dirty. We stayed two hours before needing to leave because we were so disgusted no refund was given
OK.. we booked this for a bed 1 night after cruise room.. to get to teh airport at 7 AM. They were able to get us in a little bit early.. but only after asking and getting told no.. and asking again.. THERE WAS NO LOBBY.. just needed a little spot to sit till check in. They did get a room ready..but on walking in.. it smelled really bad and was pretty dirty.. but we had checked in early! After a short while.. My husband turned around and found a roach crawling across the bed!! NO FREAKING WAY.. If it were just me.. I might have considered.. BUT.. I know if there is 1 bug.. there are likely more...AND that just was not acceptable. On talking to the lady behind the glass (NO OTHER WAY) . she said they had informed the owner ... but they hadn't gotten to it yet..AND it was Sunday. I wanted to feel bad for her.. but I also was knew they already had our $$ and we had to go elsewhere. We called the hotel next door.. But the gal on the phone hung up when my husband asked if they had any roaches?? Guess that was the answer. Soo.. Went around the corner to Hilton Garden Inn and paid $180 for the room there (Howard Johnson was $88). It was really a Travelodge.. but the signs were both there! I had booked it knowing it was a How Johnson.. i should have looked at reviews.. but it was a good $$ and we were just a12 hour sleep and leave! bOOKING.COM ONLY REFUNDED US $11.50 OF THE COST.. SO i AM GOING TO DISPUTE WITH THE CREDIT CARD! An important note is that they phone number WILL NOT BE ANSWERED at this hotel.. I tried before we got off ship.. for a day and a half.. No luck.. guess I should have been red flag aware!
PEST COONTROL.. Maybe offer some kind of lobby or place to stay until rooms are ready for the MANY cruise passengers.
