Very nice little hotel.

Personal an der Rezeption ok , an der Bar und beim Frühstück sehr unfreundlich …

nothing like the pictures they provide in Expedia site, room is very very small size, we pick 3 beds in a room , the picture showing nice area and space between beds, it is ended up that they add a bed between 2 beds in the walking area instead of the table , there was no chair in room can't walk between beds very tight, if we get food we have to eat on our bed because there is no other choice , we keep asking stuff to move to bigger room or to book another room for one person to move there , they refuse and there was no other option, it was long stay 15 days , bad experience.
Breakfast: most of the days the egg making guy is not there!!

Отель Венера Все замечательно ( не супер ,нормально ) Но завтраки не очень Я не имею ввиду (креветки,лопстеры) Обычная яичница и то не сьедобна (холодная,то с помидорами,то с укропом )яиц короче не видно Вот в GOLD отеле Это завтраки там супер

I am downgrading the rating to 2.5 stars after staying there for 4 nights.
As they claim, its definitely not a 4 star hotel. Something remotely close to 3 star i would say.

First things first, the check-in experience was pretty bad. They just handed over the key to me and I had to carry all the luggage myself. I booked a triple bedroom. But when I entered the room, it was a double bed room with no windows. Then they led me to a different bed room with 3 beds and i realized that all the rooms are of same small size, just the no. of beds varies.
Another issue i faced is with the service. They don't clean the room, just take out the trash (there was only 1 trash bin, that too in the washroom) and arrange the bedsheets and no toothbrush/ paste in the toiletteries.

On the positive side, the location is really nice. Around 200m walk to the nearest tram station and that will take you to all major attractions.
The staff were courteous. Towels and beds were clean. Breakfast was ok, though its kind of sad to have the same bland stuff every morning.

Overall, wouldn't recommend. Not worth it.

i used to stay in venera hotel .. ist a good,quite, and nice hotel ..i tray many hotels but venera is my favourite hotel.

При заселении мне дали номер без окон и очень маленький, после скандала предоставили номер 617 с окном , но под окном находились 3 блока от кондиционеров, которые дули мне в окно горячий воздух и сильно шумели.
Номер маленький, кондиционер дует прямо на кровать. В номере все старое, грязное! Отель 4 звезды, а не тянет даже на 3!!! Ужасный!!!!
