Cons:

The room did not match the description on Booking.com. The windows were opaque with no real view, creating a claustrophobic environment. Even the alternative room offered had the same issue. I left the hotel immediately. Despite not staying, I was charged for the full week and the hotel refused to refund, even though the room conditions were not as described. Staff were polite, but the listing needs urgent correction to avoid misleading future guests.

I would recommend that hôtel.
Pros:

Perfect location, close to la Gare de Lyon, 5min walking distance from the hôtel. The room was nice and the bathroom looked all renovated. Nice to have staff all day and night. I would recommend that hôtel.

Fomos muito né recebidos pelos funcionários do Hotel! Todos muito simpáticos. Quarto confortável e limpo. Bem localizado próximo à estação de trem e metrô, facilitou bastante a locomoção pela cidade. Além de ter vários restaurantes próximos. Ficaria hospedada novamente

Literie confortable. Personnel agréable.

Cons:

Pas très isolé du bruit. On entend les personnes marcher à l’étage supérieur et dans les couloirs. Je ne passerai pas plus d’une nuit. Sauf si dernier étage.

Decent lodging near Gare de Lyons.
