We were there for a Wrestling tournament. Our stay was great. great room, great food. great experience all around. I will and have already recommended this facility to all my friends and family.
The check-in Lady was a little bit to ridged.
I really appreciated that the facility was well maintained, and that the room was clean, spacious and comfortable.
Can't fix that sterile chain motel feeling.
My toddler found a pill on the floor under bed and ate it. The carpets and furniture were stained. And crumbs in corners of rooms. Cleanliness was horrible.

The breakfast was the best free breakfast on our trip. However, they were all pretty bad. You get what you pay for; go to a cafe.
We stayed at a lot of inexpensive hotels. The service at the single proprietor hotels was much better than this chain. There was no one to help us with our bags. The desk clerks at the independent hotels ALL helped us with our bags.
The location was pretty good for our purposes. The room was quite large, and the bed was relatively comfortable. The shower had good water pressure.
One of the outlets next to the bed didn't work. I asked for a receipt at checkout, but the lady at reception wouldn't give me one. She said I would have gotten one [a digital one] from Booking.com. (I wanted a printed receipt)
Upon traveling to the hotel I found that it was easy to locate off the highway, and it was centrally placed between some much needed businesses. We were able to have our room located close to other members of our family which made it easy so we could spend time with each other during our time of sorrow.
The shower head wasn't very powerful and only had 1 setting. The bed was smaller than they claimed, making it difficult to get a decent night sleep the 1st night, because the room was being utilized by myself. my wife, sister in law and niece. The food was lack luster at best. The eggs and sausage were very rubbery tasting and were over cooked making them difficult to eat. The pool was only one of the two days we stayed there, and didn't find out until we actually checked in which made it difficult to get some much needed relaxation after a difficult day.
Easy to get to off the highway. Quiet. Good price.
