Pros:

It would of been a great stay apart from the air conditioning didn’t work and the nights were quite warm so struggled to get good night sleep on the last night we were given a small fan which didn’t really help
Hotel is dated and shows but staff make up for this as very friendly and welcoming

Stay here one a Year for a golf tournament. Many of our friends stay there at the same time for the golf which make it as coming 'home'.

Change of hotel
Pros:

The girl at Santa Ponsa said that the roof had collapsed in the room we had been allocated so she booked us into a hotel in Palma Nova. Which had a good view of the sea from the balcony attached to the room. The staff were attentive and helpful, food good but bed not comfortable and in the morning water leaked through the ceiling in the shower area. Hotel looked very fancy and had nice gardens but was not a great experience for us, it's name was Son Caliu, at Palma Nova.
