Not good
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné au Centralis Terminus Hotel les 21, 22 et 23 août et malheureusement, notre expérience a été très mauvaise à cause de la présence de punaises de lit dans la chambre.

Nous avons été piqués pendant la nuit et nous avons eu beaucoup de difficultés à dormir. Ce problème nous a causé beaucoup d’inconfort et a vraiment gâché notre séjour.

Nous attendions un minimum de propreté et d’hygiène pour un hôtel. Nous espérons que la direction prendra ce problème au sérieux et fera le nécessaire pour éviter que d’autres clients vivent la même situation.

Insoddisfacente
Pros:

La cordialità e disponibilità dello staff sono un punto positivo.

Cons:

La struttura nel complesso non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative, soprattutto dal punto di vista estetico non rispecchia per niente le foto mostrate online.
La camera aveva numerosi difetti in termini di pulizia e cura dei dettagli ( muri scrostati, container shampoo nella doccia rotto, ante delle finestre rotte..)
Anche nei luoghi comuni dell'hotel ci sono punti di pavimento dissestati e dunque ho avvertito, in generale, molta non curanza.
Inoltre, sebbene da Booking l'hotel appariva vicino al centro, la struttura si trova esattamente di fronte alla stazione Saint Charles ( non propriamente uno dei punti più accoglienti e tranquilli) e per arrivare nella zona de Le Panier o Port Vieux occorrevano circa 15 minuti a piedi passando da zone non particolarmente graziose.
