Pros:

The location is opposite the railway station - excellent for catching trains and central in Marseille. The staff were extremely helpful and warm. First impressions were a bit dismal - the hotel appears shabby as does a lot of Marseille - but the room was a basic good hotel room. We slept well despite a warning about roadworks in the night.
If you are arriving with bags, exit via the metro (2 lifts and 1 escalator) and you come out right across the road from the hotel - no stairs!
There is also a great patisserie just around the corner from the hotel and across the road. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Wifi was difficult to connect to and kept disconnecting. This made it very difficult to use in our room and even downstairs by reception.

Pros:

Das Personal am Empfang war sehr nett.

Cons:

Alles. Haben bei der Ankunft ein Zimmer erhalten das so gesunken hat, das ich es melden musste. Erhielten ein anderes Zimmer das weniger gesunken hat. Auf den Fotos sieht man nur gut gemachte Aufnahmen. Aber das Badezimmer ist eine Katastrophe. Das Zimmer wird zwar täglich gereinigt, und trotzdem findet man Spuren von x Vorgänger die das Zimmer mal benutzen. Leider habe ich keine Stornierungsversicherung abgeschlossen, sonst währe ich mit meinem Kind nicht dort geblieben. Nie wieder!!!!!

L’établissement est très bien situé, en face de la gare et à 15 minutes à pied du Vieux Port. Le personnel est disponible et accueillant.

Cons:

La chambre est mal insonorisée (bruits de la rue et bruits dans les couloirs).

El ascensor era solo de una plaza y partía de la 1 planta de la 0 a la 1 hay que subir por una escalera de caracol.
La habitación tenía cosas estropeadas como lámpara tarjetero etc

Ich würde dort nicht wieder buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof Marseille St. Charles,
für französische Verhältnisse ausreichendes Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig.
Das Fenster zeigte auf den Innenhof.
Sehr hellhörig, dadurch nur wenig Schlaf wegen ständiger starker Ruhestörung.
Es gab Streit mit jugendlichen Nachbarn, die die ganze Nacht Party feierten und Gäste empfingen, die laut an die Tür klopften. (Bis morgens um 4:15 Uhr.) Allerdings versuchte der Mitarbeiter der Rezeption zu schlichten.
